Not good. They used old oil and the chicken came out dark dark brown. Can't fool wing lovers with old oil, change the oil out every once in a while please. Never again going here.

This place is such an institution, it probably doesn’t really need another review. However maybe this would be helpful for people who are not as interested in the double fried chicken as their dining mate is. My friend ordered the boneless chicken wings and was elated at the decadent, umami flavors, and what’s not to like with all that salt and fat? I ordered the crispy tofu bibimbob, the somewhat more healthful choice. The tofu was appropriately crispy, but not overly so, and happily not too salty. If anything, it maybe leaned towards the bland side. Plenty of rice, vegetables and sauce on the side, served in a warm stone bowl. it was a pretty cool sensory experience, but an underwhelming taste experience. I suppose that’s what you get for going to Bon Chon and ordering something other than double fried chicken. ? the service was very attentive and friendly.

Ordered the zucchini fries with 16 Soy garlic wings. Fries were over seasoned tasting like a salt stick and the wings were not soy garlic but some atomic hot garbage. Fried rice chicken was dry and hot garbage. Spent $60 on a very disappointing meal and threw out the wings. Never again!

This place is awesome, sure it's a chain but the food is delicious and the service at this franchise is top notch.I messed up my order on the website and wasn't able to get through on the phone and they comped me the difference immediately without question. It was actually my fault but they started making up the difference before showing me how to split the flavors.

Ordered and paid for food online but my order mysteriously didn't exist when I went to get it. The manager couldn't be bothered to help with the situation so I ended up paying 80 dollars for literally nothing. Can't wait to waste more time contesting the charges in my credit

Sometimes its very hard to call in a order here either the phone line is busy or no one picks up. The columbia mall bonchon is definitely quicker and their chicken taste much better. Whatever recipe they are using at Columbia malls bonchon should be implemented here.

So, I absolutely loved Bonchon. But let's be honest, we know you changed all of the seasoning and sauces. It was devastating because the spicy wings don't taste the same. Even the staff members told us when we told them that it was tasting off. I still miss the food from there. But the restaurant interior was nice.

The Pieces of chicken were way too tiny & too crispy & tough for the price. This is the 2nd time it's happened. Very expensive for what you get.

I love this bonchon! Definitely one of the best ones that I've been to. The chicken is veryy crisp and filled with flavor. They also have a lot of meat on them, and are super filling. The interior is huge, so you definitely could come with many friends. The service was nice, their employees always make sure to check in on you. We once ordered takeout but realized we had to go elsewhere right after and they let us use a table right away. Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the flagship Bonchon's in the US, so... it goes for the utmost quality, and it delivers in spades! When you walk into the place it has a fantastic ambiance, the coloring, the layout, just make it easy to go around. When you sit down every seat is very relaxing and sturdy (has to be sturdy for how much you'll eat). The workers are great, with a fantastic management that is smiling, checking on people, and watching the employees closely (fun to watch), and on game days, they have football on everywhere (to allow a bar feel). The wings are well priced, with multiple options, and one of the only places that initially offered the palate cleanser (I dont' remember what it's called) that you can eat a piece in between wings so each wing tastes like your first one. The wings are well seasoned, fairly large, and they taste guilt free (I know they're not). I always have fun here, and I always want more before and after I leave. This is definitely my go to for carry out and dine in when I'm around.

Today 11/05/2023 was the first day I visited this Bonchon because there is one closer to me, which is in Crofton Maryland, but I decided to try something further out that had higher reviews than the one closer to me. If I could give the service, no stars are -5 stars I would when I visited this location I was treated poorly as a paying customer. When I placed my order I had inquired about soju because I’ve never had it before. The normal thing for a person who is providing a service to a customer would be to explain what the item is and then the pricing; but no, the first thing the cashier told me was that it was very expensive $12 for a bottle, this interaction felt as though the cashier felt like I didn’t have enough money to pay for the bottle. I purchased one because I was interested in trying it and he looks surprised that I even purchased it. He didn’t proceeded to tell me that my order would take 10 minutes. I told him OK and I’ll be waiting outside. I then see the manager running orders to customers cars while he is doing this. He looks over at me in my car and I’m making eye contact with him unsure is if he was looking for me or not I head back into the restaurant to make sure he wasn’t looking for me and I asked him about my order, seeing how I was unsure if it was finished or not. The manager was very dismissive of me from the beginning. When I asked him if the order was finished, he told me no it’s not done. The cashier chimed in and told me that my over would be coming up next and I replied OK no problem I’ll be waiting in my car. I also let the manager know what car I would be waiting in and his response was “ I’ll bring it to your car” and when I told him what car I was in, he responded “yes yes yes I already saw you” and he turned his back. After this uncomfortable interaction, I walked back to my car and sat down and waited the full 10 minutes that I had on the timer; well, waiting I saw the manager come in and out the building running orders to customers in their cars once or twice. While I waited for my order to be brung to me. I sat in my car and waited and waited and waited, and the manager never brought me anything. I didn’t want to continuously keep going in and out the building because I didn’t wanna bother anybody, but when I walked in the manager looked at me like you’ve never seen me walking in the building before and when I told him it was here to get my order, he told me he got very busy and that’s why he didn’t bring it. He tried to offer me a soda. I didn’t want it after the whole interaction that we went through. I just felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave as soon as possible. In my whole 24 years of life I’ve never felt singled out or mistreated like this before, I burst into tears while leaving the building feeling ashamed and embarrassed. I don’t like pulling the race card with businesses and people in general but this interaction between the cashier and the manager, and myself felt as though I was being racially profiled; first, with purchasing the beverage, then with the manager, treating me in a very dismissive way and servicing those who look like himself before servicing people that were already there before them. I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
