While I was waiting in line, the lady working behind the counter came into the dining room and used her hand and arm, up to the elbow, to smash the trash down in 4 trash cans. Then she walked right back to her spot behind the counter. I asked if she was going to wash her hands and she rolled her eyes and put on hand sanitizer instead. Literally put her bare hands into 4 trash cans and then flat out refused to wash her hands with soap and water. Disgusting! I can only assume the management here doesn't enforce sanitary practices if the employees feel that is ok to work with trash and food and money without washing their hands. Even when asked. Gross!!!!

Today was Absolutely the worst Chipotle Experience. We ordered on the app for lunch. When I checked the bags before leaving I noticed that a guacamole was missing. I went to the register for assistance and they shooed me over to the girl preparing the app orders. She was no help. When I tried to just purchase the missing item I went sent to the other worker again despite telling the other worker I was trying to just purchase it.Once I got back to work, the bowls and salad were both missing numerous ingredients. The orders were prepared poorly and missing several items and the service at the restaurant was awful.

This place was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this location. This is my local chipotle and when I come here in the evening the night employees are friendly, nicer, and customer friendly. Today coming in around noon it was horrible. The lady came to the counter greeted me. As I was stating my order she walked off in the middle of it and proceeded doing whatever she was doing. she had me standing there waiting for 5min and asked me if I was ready. How rude. As I proceeded with my order we went back and forth about the meat portion I wanted and charged me extra for something I didn't need extra. This is the worst experience I've encountered. I don't like giving bad reviews but this was a distasteful experience. Please train and have customer friendly people on the line.

I am a frequent visitor of this Chipotle and it has definitely declined over the years, however I will not be returning after my experience today. I placed an online delivery order and my daughter and I were missing items from our order (I.e. missing dressing, drink and fruit). I was going to just take the loss until I noticed my salad barely had lettuce and no fajitas in it. I then had to take my daughter out the house and go all the way to Chipotle, which was an inconvenience because that’s why I placed a delivery order in the first place. I understand that the store was very busy, but the cleanliness of the restaurant where they make the food was a clear 0/10. When I informed the manager of my issue and how I felt inconvenienced, they remade the order and really disregarded my concerns as if I were the issue. I hope that they improve their customer service going forward, but I will not be spending my money at this location again.

I ordered online, and stood at the restaurant for over 15 minutes to see my order keeps getting pushed back. I went in line, and they said they’re working on it. It still got pushed back for another 10 minutes. It’s safe to say that I’ll never be coming back here.

Recently went to this location and did an online order, unfortunately the portion size once I got home was about half of what a Chipotle usually gives you. Very dissapointed. I would recommend that if you order from this location, you go inside, wait in the line and watch them make your meal. For the price, we clearly did not get our money's worth and feel cheated. Shame on you, Chipotle Ellicott City. I understand the low ratings for this location.

I can’t believe I just paid $16 for this bowl with extra meat that was supposed to be a burrito. I sent my husband to pick up but he had no idea what I ordered. I’ve been calling the store for the last 30min and still no answer.
