This was my second Hot Pot Hero location I visited, the other was in Gaithersburg MD. The other one seemed to have more options to add to the all you can eat menu, and the other one the service was a bit more attentive when placing an order for refills, but this was still a stellar experience and I would do it once a week if I lived in the area.

Your servers need training. We didn't know what time we got off work and entered by mistake. But when you accepted the call, the service was extremely poor. As soon as we sat down and ordered food twenty minutes later, they started urging us to leave. We are a team of 6. Do you think we are full after just ordering once? Just say it on your face and let us go. The mandatory 50 tip is really not worth it. I just want to say that the experience was very poor. We are considerate of everyone's off-duty time. But we cannot be forced to stuff things into our stomachs all at once. And your Google time is to get off work at 10:30. But the waiter said seriously that we get off work at ten o'clock and the plaza will get off work at 10:30. Is your store very vulgar? The boss really needs to pay attention to this fact. Such employees are wrong. After all, we also spent more than 300 yuan, which is not worth it to us.

4 years ago, I had rated this restaurant as one of a kind and the best in its unique class. The service was excellent. We went there recently, and we did not even eat. The service was very poor, communication was extremely poor, and it felt cheap and out of touch and out of class.

Excellent place to eat! The food is fresh and the fish is kept on ice. The place is well run. Ive been here over a dozen times before. I was sad there was no duck blood my last trip but i will absolutely return regardless.

The AYCE option is awesome. Split a super spicy broth with a mild broth and just kept tapping the screen until I couldn't eat any more. Good selection of proteins and veggies, quick service, nice interior (but what's with all the avengers stuff?) This place is the real deal - in an area with soooo many Korean options, this one is tops!

Best hot pot I've ever been to. Forget the beef, get the lamb! Shrimp was sweet and tasty but scallops didn't taste fresh. Wide variety of tofu and mushrooms. Loved that they had appetizing watercress, tripe, these really wide sweet potato starch noodles. We got some kind of a spicy, a mushroom, and a 3rd non-spicy broth. All were well-seasoned. Edemame, egg rolls, and fried shrimp by the sauce-making station. Chrysanthemum jello was surprisingly palatable, like the tea, but gelatinous. Too bad I was too full to enjoy more than a spoonful. The server came by at least twice to give us ice water. We paid almost $40 each before tip, for lunch, on Sun. We got our monies worth.Vegetarian options: More than half options are vegan

Long wait on weekends even after the lunch rush. Not sure if it was due to the size of the party or what, but 3 other groups went before mine and my group was here before them. Food was ok, liked the variety of sauces. My group got the all you can eat. The restaurant needs more space since they were unable to serve large groups quickly.Parking: Parking lot

I'm not exactly sure how to comment on this place because I haven't frequented hot pot places in general.Hot Pot Hero in Ellicot was generally a great experience, the veggies/meats came out quick and the broth was tasty. I wasn't sure whether we were supposed to deposit our empty trays somewhere or whether they were supposed to pick them up for us. We ended up with a full table of empty dishes pretty quickly. The sauce bar was extensive, but not as big as some other hotpot/kbbq establishments.Awesome location in the plaza as well, with Kyoto Matcha right next door for potential dessert. Prices were very fair.
