I like the Cajun chicken sandwich. Before that, it was the Black and Bleu. Too bad these are temporary menu items. Several standard menu options are good also. Consistently good quality and fast service. Slightly higher than average cost is worth it, when you're seeking a little more enjoyment / class than usual in a relatively quick fuel fix.

First time went to JJ, but can anyone tell me why I paid $22 for a jalapeño chicken sandwich?They said i have to pay the wrap and sandwich prices. Also, I asked them to heat it, but they mentioned that Jimmy Johns will offerr only cold sandwiches. I am giving 3 stars is because I liked it after baking it in oven once I reached home. The quality is a bit better than Subway, they charged wayyy more than any other places. This is the last time I am going to any JJ. I would better be off paying this price for a QUALITY sandwich.

The Jimmy John's in Owings Mills could have worked if they actually delivered or got on the train of UberEats/DoorDash. I hate that they went away as they were the best sub shop around. It was the owners fault 100% and I hope someone ties again because it's missed.

Tip your delivery driver in cash if you can.That $5.99 delivery fee is never seen by your delivery driver...franchise owner pockets that. Owner uses driver's car and gas, but pockets the delivery fee. Jimmy Johns makes more of you do delivery. They pocket the $6 delivery fees and pay the driver much less than the in shop. No added delivery costs for them. Same exact bag, cups, and napkins as dine in.

Been to several locations and never disappointed. Everything is fresh and plentiful. I use their app and it is ready when I arrive. I have a favorite and now it is even easier to order. Never disappointed. My favorite sub place. Their bbq chips are the best.

I ordered an Italian coldcut for my kids, half lettuce and tomato the other half plain. The lady taking the order confirmed the order. She didn't give me a receipt and said you get your receipt when the food comes up. The sub came with everything on it. I told them I only wanted half lettuce and tomato. The lady who took the order said she talked to the manager and the manager said they don't do that. The mgr said there is no way they can put half lettuce and tomato on half a sub. I complained because they lady who took the order confirmed the order and that was what I paid for.
