I typically go out my way to come to this chipotle instead of chipotles closer to me because usually it’s good, but today was just horrible. Employees had attitude and were not friendly, and my bowl looks like this. Why am i paying the full price if my bowl isn’t even full?
Well, this was our first experience visiting this Fallston location of Chipotle. I have read all of the bad reviews and was reluctant to visit this location but very happy that we decided to place an order. We ordered two burritos online. We were given a pick up time and the option to pick up at a drive thru window which made it so much easier. No crowds, no waiting, just drive to a side window and pick up your order. I've been to over 50 Chipotle establishments well over 1000 times... this one was in my top 10 for sure. All ingredients were fresh and juicy at 1130am. Staff was unengaged but sometimes you just want to get your food and go, I liked it. Back of house was clean and organized. Parking was easy and drunk station was un-sticky.
