Let's keep it real simple. With the new general manager. Name is SHAWN. I had a messed up order in the afternoon and called spoke to him at the Fallston MD location. And couldn't have found or had a more pleasant and professional experience dealing with him.Good luck to you young man. I would hire him any day to work customer service in my place of business. Haven't been to msdonalss in a while and was shocked at the prices. We went through the fast food line to grab something quick for my son and we spent a very long time in line and the price has gotten so high it's not even worth going any more.
