Normally I love their coffee at this location, but this morning she used skim milk instead of whole milk. And honestly that just ruined the coffee, I wouldn’t have gotten one if I had know they were out of whole milk, but being inside a grocery store idk how they were out of regular milk.

I have given this Starbucks so many chances, just because the first month when it opened I got good customer service and drinks but now it just feels like toxic relationship. I believe more training needs to be done, I’ve had employees do drinks incorrectly or not know how to do the drink. There’s been times where they didn’t have certain ingredients or at one point more then half of the menu wasn’t available for a while so I stop coming.
