I have given this Starbucks so many chances, just because the first month when it opened I got good customer service and drinks but now it just feels like toxic relationship. I believe more training needs to be done, I’ve had employees do drinks incorrectly or not know how to do the drink. There’s been times where they didn’t have certain ingredients or at one point more then half of the menu wasn’t available for a while so I stop coming. Today I returned feeling hopeful I said I’m going to give them a 13th time I ask for Caramel apple spice and the 3 people working there didn’t know the drink, I’ve gotten this drink many times over the years I explained the ingredients, I understand they were going go based on recipe book. So I let them handle it. They were very nice I’ll say and active in trying to figure it out. I went for salad real quick. I come back ask them if the only drink on counter is mine they said yes, my mistake was not tasting it but the thought of burnt tongue cringed me. So when I got back to work I tasted it and to my disappointment not even close to what I order and didn’t like it.

Normally I love their coffee at this location, but this morning she used skim milk instead of whole milk. And honestly that just ruined the coffee, I wouldn’t have gotten one if I had know they were out of whole milk, but being inside a grocery store idk how they were out of regular milk.

They need to hire people that know how to make coffee. Cuz they don't know how to make coffee. If I could give zero stars I would. Failed location. And I drink coffee daily. Better to just make it at home if your live in fort washington / Oxon hill

The drinks are made good but my only complaint is the workers. The young lady and the young man that works early Saturday morning can be more welcoming. They don’t greet you or nothing just stand there and wait for you to order I had to say “hello, how are you ?!” And the young man just slid my drink to me didn’t say a word . The customer service sucks .

Everything is wrong with this Starbucks. They are out of everything except like 3 items. The staff is not helpful, knowledgeable, or friendly. A lot of times you show up during open hours and no staff in existence for over 15 minutes. If I can give it a 0 star I’d do without hesitation.

Every single time I have visited this Starbucks the employees have been disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be recommending this Starbucks to any of my friends. Management needs to do better at hiring professional workers and not unprofessional teenagers that cackle about their own lives and curse. No go for this place.

The store has one person assigned to this location and when they are on break, there is no substitute employee. The hours on Google should represent when service is available at this location. The manager of this location should update Google with the hours a customer can get coffee from this location.

literally worst service ever! Went in before closing (they close at 8)staff refused to make my drink and claimed they were going to close soon. Like it shouldn't take u over ten minutes to make a drink unless u can't do your job properly. Don't wast your time these people are lazy and don't have proper customer service!
