“Heard about this place from some hoagie friends. Stopped in for an Italian cold cut but ended up with a muffaletta after I learned the olive salad is house-made. It was good and everything was high quality but the olive salad was lacking much flavor. Didn’t fix my craving for the oily, vinegary, hots, etc. that I was craving with the Italian. I’ll go with the Italian next time and I’m sure it will be delicious.“
“Great service with a wonderful italian atmosphere. Pastas and lasagna are fantastic, very good appetizers. Only item that needs improvement is the pizza which tends to have an undercooked crust, appears that they aren't using a wood fire oven.“
“My partner and I had a great lunch here. The food was great; I got a prosciutto and mozzarella panini and an almond rose latte. Everything was fresh and delicious. The owners and staff are really good people, they even brought us a free sample of one of their refreshers during our meal. I absolutely recommend giving them a try.“

Pretty disappointed given the price.Update: We drove the pizza back and they fixed it immediately. I pulled into this small strip of storefronts and parked right in front of Pasquale’s. I put the car in park and jumped out to get the pizza. Why you ask? Because whilst I was running around Frederick like a chicken with my head cut off, D was back at the room doing god knows what.I entered Pasquale’s and the young man sweeping immediately looked up with a bright smile and said “Hello sir” which tells me all I need to know about how well run a business is. A woman met me at the counter with a big smile and asked, “How can I help you?” I gave her my name and was out the door in literally 2 minutes.I have to say the price for a large cheese pizza with extra cheese was only $17. This pizza back in Boston would easily cost twice as much.Now for the reason you’re reading this. The pizza was outstanding! It was thin and sauced perfectly with a lot of cheese on top and every aspect of this pizza was just outstanding. I would absolutely go back again and again.The pizza parlor is incredibly clean and bright and this was late at night which is even more impressive.Congratulations to Pasquale’s. “We just moved to the area this past year and I am kicking myself for not coming to this place sooner. Everything I've ordered has been great but in particular I really love their pizza. We've ordered multiple pizzas and I just tried a steak and cheese sub yesterday and it was phenomenal. Fast service, generous portions, and consistent food. Can't get much better than that.“
“Went here for carry out got two pizzas calamari and a cheese steak. The service was fast and friendly. The pizza had a great taste to the crust and a nice foldable slice. I will say the white pizza was good but it needs sauce. The sauce is magic. The cheese steak was juicy it kept that moisture to it without being messy. I will be coming back to try some more of what they have.“

“We went during the peek of dinner service. The service exceeded our expectations. Zac was as knowledgeable about the items on the menu, as he was attentive. He made the timing perfect! Our food came out warm. It’s important that the food doesn’t sit out too long. The place is very Italian. It was Maryland’s own piece of Italy. The atmosphere had a Tuscan feel and the food was better than some of my relatives.“
“The BEST a authentic Italian food in Maryland - full stop. My Italian grandmother would eat here and be proud. Their handmade pasta texture is perfection. The carrot in their bolognese is the perfect mix of identifiable without being overbearing. The bureaus is texturally exceptional, and we order two orders of Arancini because my husband and I refuse to share them. RUN, Don’t walk… but save a table for me.“
