I had one of the most AMAZING professional workers I have EVER encountered in customer service. Shayne was kind, friendly used miss and ma’am to refer to me during my visit there just now. I thanked him for being so kind to me as I’m down there today to see my mother in law on hospice and let him know that his kindness and customer service was much needed on a day like today. He even went as far to say he will be “praying” for me during this tough time Thank you papa johns and thank you Shayne for spreading kindness ❤️❤️ (I asked for his permission to take his picture ) To my friends. “I order from Papa Johns 5732 Buckeystown Pike Ste 25, Frederick, MD quite often and never complain as the food is always good. But....Last night I ordered the three-meat pizza bowl. I have had it before, but last night there was alfredo sauce mixed in. I like alfredo sauce, but I don't eat it as I am diabetic and most alfredo sauce contains more carbs. The food was good, but it did make my blood sugar go up. I was just wondering if this was how it was supposed to be all the time. Are they changing the recipe? If that is the case, give us a choice! I only ate half of the pizza bowl last night. the other half is for lunch today. Look at you nutrition list where it says 24 grams of carbs. I think someone needs to take a second look.The family said the pizza was delicious. However, there was a run-on olives and other vegetables was a bit scarce. Thank you, Papa Johns, for good food and friendly service. I was so glad when you came out with pizza bowls as it gives the diabetics and Keto fans something to eat. Could you tell me how to order without the Alfredo?This is the description from the menu:Pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, and veggies topped with three cheeses and Italian seasoning, baked to perfection in our original pizza sauce.“
