We go to Brews and Barrels regularly and love it! The food is excellent. They have the best ribs and tacos in Mont. County. And their staff has the best customer service I've seen anywhere. Companies should do case studies on Brews and Barrels on how to train staff!! Will, who is often our server is awesome!!!

I went to Brews and Barrels for brunch for my birthday, my friend ordered the chicken and waffles, she said that the waffle was good but the chicken tasted like frozen chicken tenders not homemade. I ordered the cheese steak which was horrible, the steak was extremely dry and leathery the mimosas was okay but won't be returning.

RODENTS BEWARE!!!: I went here for dinner tonight 2/10/24 around 10:20pm and I left feeling disgusted. To start there was no hostess for about 10 minutes so we were just waiting until an employee noticed us. While the bar side was busy the seated restaurant side wasn’t with only a handful of tables occupied. After we were seated our waiter came to take our order, we asked for a few minutes…and he didn’t return! So, the employee who seated us had to go get him to come take our order. The food came out quickly by another staff member but our waiter literally NEVER came back to check on us. While eating we noticed a MOUSE running around under tables?!! I stopped another waitress and notified her and she apologized and told another member of staff. To say I was absolutely disgusted was an understatement. Then we were just waiting and waiting and waiting for our original waiter so we could get the check who like I said never returned. Another table who was also waiting to get their check heard us complain and decided to get up and go find our shared waiter. Only then did he finally show back up and give everyone in his area their checks. Bad service topped with a mouse was too much for me. Also as you know where there is one mouse there are plenty more to follow. While most of us like the movie ratatouille we dont want to dine with rodents. 0/10
staff are all very friendly and welcoming! the food was great! this place is a hidden gem and always nice to come treat myself every once in a while here.

Came around 12ish today (1/24/24) My Son and I waited a few minutes before someone attended us to be seated. No biggie. We were patiently standing and deciding if we should just walk over somewhere else for lunch. I understand it could have been their lunch rush hour or maybe they were understaffed. There was a gentleman behind us waiting as well. This young Latina girl finally approached us with the most disgusted face and attitude as I greeted her nicely saying "Hi, how are you?" She walked right by us and grabbed some menus and said "how many?!" She was rude and very unprofessional. I decided to treat my son out to lunch somewhere else. I kindly walked away. We went right over to another restaurant in the kentlands where we greeted nicely (as it should be) Unfortunately, I will not be returning and ever giving them my business.

If I could leave no stars I would. Worst meal ever. Ordered salmon. After waiting an incredible amount of time for dinner everything on my plate was ice cold and tasteless. The carrots and cauliflower weren't even cooked. The broccoli was old, mashed potatoes ice cold, horrible experience. Our children's dishes, chicken tenders with french fries, ice cold everything was horrible. Returned everything, was taken off the bill and will never go back. Oh, and they turned the lights down so low we couldn't even see the dishes on the table. A truly ridiculous experience.
