“I was pleasantly surprised with the ube (purple yam) mochi donut! I'm from Los Angeles visiting for business and the mochi donut craze has simmered down over there.The ube mochi donut here was perfectly sweet for this kind of donut, and it had a really nice mochi chew to it. For those unfamiliar with mochi, it's a rice flour, which makes the texture more chewy rather than a traditional donut. It's not a fluffy donut, so if it sits out for too long, the fried oil gets absorbed into the dough more. The one from Donutchew was still fresh enough to not have the oily texture to it.I also got a jasmine milk tea (half sugar) and really enjoyed it. Jasmine tea had a strong floral aroma/taste to it and this milk tea didn't dilute it out. If you like the taste of teas, I'd really recommend this one.“
“My favourite Donut spot is Dunkin . With their enticing aroma and a myriad of flavors and toppings, donuts continue to capture our taste buds and leave us craving for more all the time . Plain donut , chocolate filling are my favourites . Since this is the valentines month they introduced heart shaped donuts . Pretty as well .The world of donuts never fails to delight my taste buds and leave me craving for more always. Staffs are very kind and helpful. I always recommend this spot for a time for delightful quick bites .“
“Was vacationing in the area since March 26th until today. The staff here is outgoing and friendly and patient. I had never been to a Dunkin donuts establishment in my life due to the fact Nova Scotia doesn't have any. Had the Cocoa Mocha latte hot with 2 extra shots of espresso. I tried their hashbrowns as well and both were soo tasty and hot and fresh. The staff I dealt with almost daily were amazing. One day they were completely slammed in drive through and I wasn't in a rush soo I told the counter staff to get caught up and I could wait. Which I did patiently and respectfully. The crew deserves raises and to be treated by customers with the uttermost respect. To the crew thank you soo much for making a small city canadian not feel like such a country bumpkin. Tha k you for the amazing service.“
“Their service is getting slow and unhygienic lately, the couple of tables have sticky surface, and so is the floor, one has to wait longer than it should be for QSR outlet, in the morning hours,I did wait for 18 minutes I was there last time , and once longer, the Barista girl first spilled my sugar free hot cappuccino coffee, then she grabbed a dirty towel from a back rack and and wiped my cup, when I asked her to use paper/napkin she said it does not make a difference, on my insisting that how would I sip from a dirty cup, she made a face , snatched back my cup and threw it, what she gave me next was a cold sweetened coffee, I wonder why she made it a point to give me 3 pumps of syrup while she had just made a sugar free coffee, the manager was absent , by the way the napkins were no where in sight, whoever is taking care of this WOODFIELD DUnkin is doing very poor job at training people on ethics or service. No one always has time or energy to tolerate or train them in rushy morning hours.“
“I find the people in this Dunkin Donuts particularly helpful and take your order quickly. I generally ask for a senior discount, which is NOT A PROBLEM!! I would say I stop there at least once/maybe twice a week. THE CAP on the tall hot coffee IS NOT SECURED well...I haven't had a problem with other hot drinks from other places, but there is DEFINITELY a problem here. As I was sipping my coffee on the road, the CAP CAME OFF leaving me with a VERY HOT DRINK in my hand. This could obviously be a dangerous situation. I don't know what they can do...maybe make the cap come down lower on the cup so it is more secure...but this is DEFINITELY A DISASTER waiting to happen!“
“These are awesome donuts! My favorites are the maple bacon, just incredible. The folks in the store are great. This donut shop is unique in that they make the donuts to order. However, these donuts are pricey! This shouldn't be a one-dollar sign "$" listing, it should be at least two. These are great for special occasions but too expensive for an ordinary morning donut and coffee.“

“I have been going to this Dunkin for years when I am in the area, and I believe it is the best one! Orders are always prepared quickly, correctly, and even better, their warm foods (wraps etc) don’t have that weird taste you often get with Dunkin foods (I assume it’s related to the cleaning products used in the appliances). The staff are friendly, and many current staff have been there even before COVID. Highly recommend!“
“Here for business, the only thing I wish they opened earlier (for selfish reasons that way I can have it on my way to work every day)? lol food was great cheese grits never had grits where I didn't have to do anything to it. They allowed me to change it up so I got the honey blueberry biscuit with bacon egg and cheese. Amazing ?“
