I chose to go out of my way to go to this new Dunkin’. I ordered ahead of time on the Dunkin’ app on my phone. I got there about 5 minutes after I placed my order. They didn’t have my order sitting on the mobile counter. There were absolutely 0 customers in there and there should have been no reason that they didn’t have my order ready. I came here for their official grand opening. I was number 48 so I got the free coffee for a year promotion booklet. This place used to be a bank and it was converted to a drive through location. Honestly, this place needed this type of place. I am not a fan of Dunkin's without a drive through. It's right next to a liquor store and there's a Giant next door and Subway, Pizza Hut, and McDonald's across the street. This plaza has a lot you can do and run some errands. Tried for a new morning breakfast drive thru. 2 people in line for a mobile order made 10 minutes previously was too much. Made to wait in the parking lot 8 minutes. They forgot. Love cold food, really.
