I love noodles and co, and for the most part I have been satisfied with their service. I unfortunately felt the need to write a review regarding this location because it is the 5th time they forget to include the protein in my meal. This has caused delays in my return to work during lunch time. Most times the workers have been empathetic and offer a free drink or a free meal for the inconvenience which I am appreciative of. I kindly ask that the staff be more attentive to their orders so that customers do not have to wait on their mobile orders at pick up time. Thank you.

Ordered for the first time last night and was very disappointed. Mac and Cheese for my son which he enjoyed. I had Japanese noodles with steak. It looked appealing but tasted terribly. I think it was prepared in advance and reheated in the microwave. The noodles were very hot in temp and very dried from over heating. The steaks tasted like beef jerky. I will probably go back for mac and cheese and something else but not the Japanese noodles. Maybe I will give it another chance but will definitely call in advance and confirm if it’s freshly made.

I love this place as a quick place to take my little ones. The shift manager is really kind. The restaurant is typically clean and staff are helpful.

Placed an online order, went in, didn't see it on the stand where they leave orders (stupid idea, idk why so many businesses do this). Then I went up to the register and told them my name, they took a little bit to figure out that someone had took my order, they weren't apologetic at all (I get it's not their fault - but you couldn't been apologetic). On top of that, the food was disgusting. We ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles, Korean Beef Noodles, and cheesy garlic bread. The pan noodles tasted like dough with how thick the noodles were, there was barely any sauce, and they didn't add one of my toppings. My husband said the Korean spicy noodles weren't even spicy, just sweet. The garlic bread was basic and the marinara tasted generic. We paid $40 for this meal and we each took 2-3 bites and threw it away.

Lunched several times here in the past few weeks. Nice booths in the seating area. Always clean. Never feels rushed. Staff friendly. Still addicted to the Caeser salad with Impossible Chicken on top.Parking: Lot behind the restaurant serves a whole host of businesses in the shopping center, which can be challenging at times. That being said, I've never been unable to park.

I went here tonight for the first and last time. I ordered the "regular sized" buttered noodles with italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. The bowl came with a few noodles and it seemed they opened the bottle of italian seasoning and dumped it in on the few noodles. I took one bite and couldnt even swallow it, it was like biting into a chunk of salt. I threw it away and walked out vowing never to go there again. The biggest waste of money for a few salty noodles. Do better!
