Always good. Love the fixins' bar, especially the salsa, banana peppers, and pickles. Got the senior discount without asking.

Customer service!! DO BETTER! It is beyond ridiculous!I ordered a kid's meal with a drumstick. The drumstick was burnt and old. They put some type of hot sauce (in a plastic container, slightly orange/red). When did you start giving customers spicy sauce with the kid's meal?! The other day I ordered the same meal, requested honey mustard, and was charged $0.35. I told them to take it off and take back the honey mustard. I ordered a strawberry shake with no whipped cream, they didn’t even fill the cup up.

My roastbeef sandwich was great. Tasty, fresh, & large in portion. My wife's chicken, however, was overcooked & dry. Our fries were also overcooked. This was the first time we had lackluster food here, so perhaps it's due to new or inexperienced help. Recommend? Tough call.

I have always gone to this Roy Rogers! I used to love it. My last experience changed that. I ordered at the drive-thru (only car) and was told that the chicken was going to take 6 min to cook and was told to park in a spot. No problem. 15 minutes went by, then 20. I finally went inside and NO customers were there. They had forgotten about me...and the supervisor on duty tried to give me food that had been sitting there, cold, for over 20 min. To top it off, they packed tenders and not chicken, causing my husband to have to go back to correct it. We didn't even get an apology. We will NOT be back!

I actually like Roy Rogers fast food. It's one of the few fast food places that I will visit. I think there roast beef sandwiches are excellent and are unlike most fast food.In this case the service was not good. One person in my party had to wait more than fifteen minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. This takes the fast out of fast food.If this review was helpful to you please give it a thumbs up.

Did a nostalgia stop and brought my toddler as my mother did when I was a tot. Well, that's out of my system! Bad customer service even for fast food. It should not take 25 minutes to get a leg of chicken and fries. And then they got my order wrong. Add in a screaming toddler and skeezy patrons who I'm sure were lovely people once you got to know them, and it'll be a hard ass next time. Oh yeah, the chicken was over the top salty, but the fries were ok. The bathroom was a three but by far not the worst I've been in for emergency use.

This was the worst food and service the Mac and cheese was straight water we also had to wait 45 minutes for food and they got everyones meal wrong never go here a waist of time.

Apparently a quarter pounder of meat is actually about 6 ounces.$6 is a total rip off. Never eating there again.

The custome service here is horrible. I would be more understanding if the place was busy, but we literally were the only patrons in the restaurant at that time. There wasn't chicken available and we agreed to wait 15minutes for a fresh batch. Once food was ready, they never called our number or even a courtesy shout out to say food is ready. No surprise on the lack of patrons. (Recommend customer service training)
