This is the black hole of customer service! So many times I've shopped here and rarely, if ever, am I greeted as I approach the cashier. If I could put 0 stars, I would have. Their bakery is a joke. I ordered 50 cupcakes for my son's birthday. I offered to pay in advance to make sure they are ready when I need them. The guy assured me that they will be. The day I was supposed to pick them up, I called to see if the order was ready, the same guy answered and he said, it wasn't and it won't be.
