I stopped going here because the baristas don't even acknowledge your presence. It got better, so I came back. But today, I went through the drive through to pick up my order. The guy at the speaker was very nice. The girl who gave me my things was unpleasant. She didn't say one word to me or even look at me, even though I spoke to her. Bad customer service. I'll stick to the Germantown location.

Always ask for no-foam latte knowing most of the cup will be filled with foam. This is the "No Foam Latte" I get.

On 3/7/24 at 2:28pm I placed an order on the drive thru and noticed that perhaps because my order was a small order the influx of the tellers voice changed and somewhat anyoid. As I proceeded to pay I stopped at the window and there was no greeting or even an acknowledgement of some sort. The teller looked careless and frustrated and as if I was bothering her on her job. I have been to this Starbucks for years even choosing it over the Quince Orchard store because of the great service I've had here over the years but it is hardly impossible to recommend this place with the experience I had Today. Finally, I called the manager and explained the issue and she mentioned she would be reaching out to the employee to make the corrective actions. I do hope not to have this experience again and least of all to have this experience continue without a change.

My fave starbucks in the area. The coffee is always hot and perfect tast! Never burnt. I love the honey almond flatwhite and I feel like every Starbucks makes it different... the one here is always amazing. Great staff great

They need to Work on their customer Service. Ordered a pick up Latte, my App says go to the Window. I had to wait for someone to greet me or pay Attention! After pushing my horn to get attention the young lady gave me a smirk look like i was Bothering her!

Always my go to Starbucks when I am in the Kentlands! The drinks are always fresh. The service is always accurate and prompt! AwesomeLocation. The drive through always moves fast!

Three times in a row I have gone for coffee and they have no decaf ready. I think they want me to pay the Americano decaf tax.Their timing on hearing sandwiches is off. Second one in a row that was cold in the middle.

Worst experience I ever had at Starbucks. I wasn't informed when my food was ready they just place a it on the counter. When I ask was this my sandwich the young looked at me and never said anything so asked the gentleman who took my order where's my drink he ask the young lady for my drink and she replied I haven't made it yet. I waited 15 minutes for a sandwich and drink while order people after me received their food. (Racial discrimination)

Drinks come out delicious, but the location is fairly busy and chaotic.They have a ton of retail here if you are into collecting Starbucks cups.Their outdoor patio seems like a cozy spot to hang out with your drink and a book.

The drive-thru presents you with a prompt to tip now. I guess you can get away with socially pressuring your customers to compensate for your otherwise lackluster wages. What am I tipping for? Because you handed the drink I paid $7 for to me? Additionally the employees are often times excessively enthusiastic about taking my order. Chill out Stacy, I just want a frappuccino.

I go to this Starbucks at least 3 times a week before work. They have never messed up my order and the drive thru typically moves extremely fast. All the employees are super friendly, however I did take the time to write this review for one employee in particular. I don't know if he is new as I have never ran into him before but he truly made me morning today!! Felix you are the absolute cutest and thank you so much for just asking how my morning was going and having a real conversation with me - it's the little things people!
