I hadn't had Julio's in years, and was looking forward to eating there again.But everything was substandard.Service was random.Chips and salsa were the best thing i had, but couldn't get a refill despite asking three staff, including a manager who promised to "get that on the table", to help.Food was no better than a food court.The atmosphere was too loud for eating dinner, but since there were several big groups having fun I guess that's the demographic that's at home here.
First off, this Mexican restaurant never disappoints with the ambience, the fresh foods & drinks made to order, & warm hospitality from the workers. The presentation for these dishes are marvelous, you can tell the chefs pay attention to detail, there's always some pop of color in there & garnishes to complete the look.
