Also the fact that they also help the fire departments with some financial donations. The employees are very friendly and hard working. When we came in and placed our order today, the person taking our order had an airpod in one of his ears. That's unprofessional because that tells me he isn't fully listening to what I'm saying. The person making my sandwich had airpods in both of his ears. So those two combined are probably why my sandwich was made wrong. And also probably why the phone rang off the hook most of the time we were there, and NOBODY answered it. Additionally, one drink machine was completely out of every drink option it had, and the other machine was on its way there as well. We used to love Firehouse. Hopefully, it's just this one store because if they are all like this now, the franchise won't last much longer. This location is the worst Firehouse we've been to, and we (personally) will just go over to Newks if we're in the area and want a good sandwich.

I went in doing my break around 12pm, customer service was amazing but there was a lady whom i assume is the manger, her attitude was nasty towards the employees & me. I dont know if she was having a bad day but her attitude is unacceptable for a manager.

Takeout has always has been ,for us, very easy. Call in order and pick up. This time we had to try calling several times as no one answered. We assumed that this happened because it was December 26th shop was just opening . Sandwiches we ordered were prepared exactly as we ordered and were ready on time. Both sandwiches were hot and delicious.Dietary restrictions: Menu viewed has nutritional info which is extremely helpful. Very accommodating on individual likes etc.

What has happened to this location? It used to be great, but it has gone downhill. I've waited a few trips to write a review and see if it was just a fluke, but apparently it isn't. All the employees look like they hate their lives, not to mention they're loudly using foul language while talking among themselves (using the f word and n word). They're out of white bread in large size as well as no pork. One of the two coca cola freestyle machines is out of order and the one that is working has most of the flavors unavailable. Several fluorescent lights in the kitchen are out, and there's no music, and none of the tvs are on. I just overheard the staff tell a customer that his sub wasn't ready because the meatballs were thawing. Wow. Almost got charged for three subs when we only ordered two. If we hadn't been paying attention, we would have. Gave a receipt with a survey code for a free drink and the guy who rang us up acted like he had no idea what that was. It smells like burnt food as soon as you walk in. The food WAS good but the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

I ordered sandwich platters and salad box from thus location and the salad was brown. I called the store and talked to the manager and was told to come to the store for a refund . I went over that afternoon and was told by the shift supervisor I had to wait for it to be done by a mgr. They couldn't tell me when the manager would be back. I was told to just call everyday to see him but no one answers the phone.

Why is this place run by children? No grown up management anywhere in sight. The cleanliness in this place is sub standard, which makes the atmosphere below average. The employees are usually doing more talking and texting than actual work in the place. No one cleaning table, floors not cleaned regularly, and the drink machine was a joke. They need an adult in the room. Whoever owns this restaurant please hire some grown management.
Unfortunately this place needs better management. I usually enjoy firehouse subs but this location in particular rubbed me the wrong way. I came into the store on a rainy Sunday evening to pickup an order I placed online and every employee in there was goofing around. I understand how it is when it's slow but when there are customers waiting on an order the optics are terrible. Finally they got around to making my order and it was made wrong. I ask for no pickles, some onions, and some lettuce and all of the items were incorrect. Until i see new management or a shake up im going to another location.

The place was filthy. The staff, while not rude, was far from courteous or pleasant. The sub was pitiful. my Italian had one piece of meat and one piece of cheese on it, nothing else.

The food was amazing. I had the Hook & Ladder. They definitely did not skimp around on the meat. The service wasn't too fast, but it was lunchtime on a weekday, so I won't complain. The ambiance was chill, not crazy traffic, but there were lots of people.
