OMG their food , subs are the best. Prices are so great. Atmosphere is very awesome with all the memorable fire department pictures and equipment. Also the fact that they also help the fire departments with some financial donations. The employees are very friendly and hard working. When we came in and placed our order today, the person taking our order had an airpod in one of his ears. That's unprofessional because that tells me he isn't fully listening to what I'm saying. The person making my sandwich had airpods in both of his ears. So those two combined are probably why my sandwich was made wrong. I went in doing my break around 12pm, customer service was amazing but there was a lady whom i assume is the manger, her attitude was nasty towards the employees & me. I dont know if she was having a bad day but her attitude is unacceptable for a manager.
