Good chicken livers. You can't get that at KFC or Popeyes! Never had the chicken so I don't know how they are. The lake trout is okay. 3 different types of fish to pick from.
The catfish was not catfish. Catfish lover that I am, the taste and texture of fish was not there. This fish was more swai or basa, surely not catfish. It was fried once order placed. Good taste, but was not catfish. I'm taking this to my lab tomorrow and testing it. Stand by for
