My daughter had the macaroni and cheese and a lemonade and got food poisoning. She was sick for an entire week with vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and stomach pain. My fiancé was able to investigate as a certified food safety manager and my private investigator. He discovered that the cheese sauce was not being heated/cooled properly and improper handwashing.We’ve always liked Panera Bread, I’ve been taking her there since she was 2 (she’s 14 now). It’s a shame that this happened because of people not doing their jobs properly. She was really sick and people can die from food poisoning, it’s not something to take lightly.

Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Received bagel with 1.5 strips of tiny bacon. Bacon did not cover 1/2 the sandwich. Went to counter and was told this is what corporate was directing them to do. Told manager they should advise of this before selling product so a customer that wants to actually taste the bacon can opt to pay more for “extra bacon.” All he said to me was - “you can do this next time.”Needless to say - Panera just lost my corporate business. We have a breakfast meeting they were to cater this week. I will be canceling that order and choosing another company.Poor choice on part of Panera not to just raise the cost slightly to give the customary three slices of bacon on the sandwich. Poor management interaction with a legitimate customer concern. Too many other choices in this world for food. We will go elsewhere moving forward.If MacDonalds can make a bacon, egg and cheese McMuffin for $1-2 a sandwich and still give at least 3 slices of bacon… why can’t Panera do so charging 3xs that amount or approximately $6-7 a sandwich?

We stopped by the Panera Bread in the Milestone area of Germantown. The food was good. The service was friendly & efficient. The atmosphere was so-so, however. On a cold, blustery evening, it would have been nice to dine by a glowing, warm fireplace. They have one, but it was off. Not life & and death, of course; just diminishes the atmosphere.

I had a very important business presentation meeting and wanted to order breakfast sandwiches. The manager at this location (VMoor?) was very helpful over the phone when I couldn't figure out how to use the website to order. He took down my order very accurately and had the food ready for me the next morning at 6:15am....plenty of time for my meeting. Everyone enjoyed the food and how well it was prepared (each breakfast sandwich was cut in half, labeled and wrapped separately, then put in a nice box). The pricing was very reasonable. I am VERY HAPPY with the quality, price and service provided by Panera Germantown on Seneca Meadows Parkway. Thanks for making me look great!
I have been here many times. The place is spacious and have different seating arrangements. The parking lot is not too busy so a nice place to come and have relaxed brunch etc. Briana is very good in the customer service. Always out of way to give us a great service. If she is on any counter I just move to her queueKid-friendliness: The place is very kids friendly

The disrespectful girl on the kitchen needs to learn how to not argue with customers when SHE makes the food wrong! A simple request for cheese on the side and she's yelling at me as if I'm the reason she don't know how to read! The cashier girl was wonderful tho!!!!!!
