This one is actually pretty good. The staff are polite and have good manners. They don't get an attitude if they have to correct an order and are always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. The place is clean and kempt as well.

We stopped by the Panera Bread in the Milestone area of Germantown. The food was good. The service was friendly & efficient. The atmosphere was so-so, however. On a cold, blustery evening, it would have been nice to dine by a glowing, warm fireplace. They have one, but it was off. Not life & and death, of course; just diminishes the atmosphere.

I had a very important business presentation meeting and wanted to order breakfast sandwiches. The manager at this location (VMoor?) was very helpful over the phone when I couldn't figure out how to use the website to order. He took down my order very accurately and had the food ready for me the next morning at 6:15am....plenty of time for my meeting.
