I was so hungry and didn’t know where to stop for lunch. Luckily, there was a Potbelly in the plaza. Travis and Wes are super awesome sandwich makers! I think it’s just their personality, but they must’ve had extensive training because they are great at what they do. If I was their boss, I’d give them a raise. I look forward to coming back with my family.

At 8:00 we ordered food and couldn't eat inside the restaurant because they had already packed up the whole restaurant and wouldn't let us put down the chairs even though it didn't close for another hour. I went back in the restaurant to go uses the bathroom and asked for toilet paper and the worker completely ignored me after I asked multiple times. The food was very average and overall was a ad experience.

We went an hour before closing. Worker just nodded at us to indicate he was ready for us to order. Person putting toppings on the sandwiches did the same. After we paid for our food we were told dining room was closed because they had already cleaned. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and when I asked if there was some the worker answered he wasn't sure. When I asked if he could get some he ignored me and went back to stacking chips. Food was just average. Usually love Potbelly but this experience was awful!

I ate here on 9/15/23. I ordered at 9:30pm and wanted to kill a little time on my way to the airport to pick up some friends. When my wife and I sat down to eat we were told that the dining room was closed. The hours on the door said 10am-10pm. There were no separate hours posted for the dining room. Further, my wife worked for potbelly for some time and knew that not to be true. No need to make a scene though. So, we just ate outside. The food was great. The employee wasn't rude but they definitely lied to us. So, I can't leave 5 stars.

Homie with the beard is the man who gets you out quick!! I didn't get his name but he knows who he is!!
The employees on the line are short of hearing so they didn't get the entire order and definitely short of personality because they ALL looked and "worked" like they did not want to be there. Got home everything was so poorly put (more like thrown) together, but at $26 for 2 sandwiches and a milkshake...we ate our disappointment.

Gentle was fixing my sandwich and literally scratched his nose. Once I told the manger Jackson (who by the way had an attitude) because I no longer wanted the sandwich. Sadly he kept making other sandwiches with the same gloves (disgusting).

The is not the proble. The Service is what the issue is with me. Each time we go I order the same sandwic, however it is not prepared the same Sometimes it's very good. Then like today just missing the mark. Little to no avocado , no mayonnaise,no pickles no cheese the backend of a tomato. So I order turkey with provolone avocardo extra mayonnaise pickles and cucumber on the side The only thing I really got was the cucumber on the side. May I suggest that the person fixing the Sandwiches have the ability to take and completely prepare a Sandwich as requested not as they seem to want to fix it. Which is what it appears to happen often. The overall ambiance of Germantown location is one of lackluster employees and No Management to ensure quality control and service.

Ordered a large Mac and cheese and a regular roast beef sandwich... The Mac and cheese was barely half full, and the sandwich was 95% bread. Ripoff.
