The employees on the line are short of hearing so they didn't get the entire order and definitely short of personality because they ALL looked and "worked" like they did not want to be there. Got home everything was so poorly put (more like thrown) together, but at $26 for 2 sandwiches and a milkshake...we ate our disappointment.
Placed an online order for work... ALL was perfect and delicious! During pick up the store was very clean and the employees were very kind! Looking forward to going back again soon!

I ate here on 9/15/23. I ordered at 9:30pm and wanted to kill a little time on my way to the airport to pick up some friends. When my wife and I sat down to eat we were told that the dining room was closed. The hours on the door said 10am-10pm. There were no separate hours posted for the dining room. Further, my wife worked for potbelly for some time and knew that not to be true. No need to make a scene though. So, we just ate outside. The food was great.
