“We had an amazing to go dinner at Ekiben. We tried the spicy Neighborhood Bird as a bun, love to see a fried chicken thigh sandwich! We also had a beef bowl that could feed a small family. The fried tofu with peanut dressing was very unique. Only down aide is the small seating area, but we and most others were able to grab a table when needed. Also the workers were kind and full of information on the food!“
“I'm writing this review in the restaurant's parking lot because I didn't want to forget to do it...I LOVE Taichi! It is my favorite place to eat. Every time I come into the store, the people are so nice and kind! The Tonkotsu ramen is superb!!! I tried the new ramen place that opened up in Pasadena (Kanji Noodle Bar), and while it wasn't awful, it was nowhere near as good as Taichi! Truly. They are the best! The woman with black hair that took my order today was so sweet (I forgot to ask her name)! Please, even if you have to drive a bit farther to get here, it is WORTH IT! I've had the ramen, poke bowl, sushi burrito, and bubble tea. All delicious and made with fresh fish and ingredients! She told me that they simmer the Tonkotsu broth for 10 hours, and it really shows when you taste it! I'm moving soon, and I can honestly say that I will miss Taichi so, so much! ? I'll have to buy a plushie before I go!“
“I just had time to grab a bite before my flight. I found this Chinese place next to Concourse B, and it is pretty good. They have several combos at decent prices. But the best part was the friendly, smiling service by the employees on the line. In the hustle and bustle of the airport, this place stands out.“
“Have been going there for years, family agrees out of all the local Asian Cuisine one feels the most authentic!Every time all the time the same dishes for us but that's and we aren't brave enough to try something different because they just always do the dishes we like to justice.Pickled cabbage, Beef Casselrole, Fried Squid, Chowfun, and a few others! You also don't find many places owing up to their mistakes and apologizing to the customer. Today they made the wrong order and per courtesy gave it without charge and gave our actual order!“
“If you live in the local area, this place is a no-frills sushi place with pretty quick service and pretty presentation. My partner and I like to go here mid-week for dinner when we don't feel like cooking. All of the seats are wooden booth seating, which I really like. The waiters are professional and attentive, but don't circle back too often. The sushi we order doesn't have too much rice packed on like other places. On our most recent trip, I got the unagi don and he got the pork katsu curry. We will be back!“
“It's been a long time since I've been to Aloha Sushi in Baltimore, since before the pandemic. decided to try them for lunch and the experience was good! apparently the sushi roller, Rajesh, is back, after they changed management. I had the lunch special for the Salmon roll, the tuna role and the Boston roll! it was good and hit the spot. definitely coming back for a date, Mount Vernon is one of my favorite spots.“
“Since the 'pandemic' the Dine-In is no longer an option. However they do such a good job & are so well liked the joint is jumping. Regardless of your liking Sushi, Thai, Chinese or Japanese dishes all of them are done well, w/o breaking the bank. . . you just got to go home and eat cuz their dining-room is closed.“
“Looks from the outside are deceiving. This place has really good food. Seemed overpriced at first, but portions are huge. My large order of Orange chicken was big enough to feed three people. They really pack the food in.Things to know before you go: No place to sit. And food is VERY hot when it comes out. Be careful.“
“Our favorite Chinese local Chinese spot. The Peking duck and limoncello shrimp, a fun play on walnut shrimp it seems, are our faves. The do exceptional takeout. When they get busy service can be a little slow but the food is always hot and yummy. Bartenders are exceptionally knowledgeable and have made superb recommendations for us.“
“We've been coming to Fortune Cooky since the late 1990's. They've remodeled, changed their menu, changed their staff, and changed their prices. What they haven't done is change the quality. Our favorite dishes are the General Tso's Chicken, the Fortune Cooky Special (which is like a Happy Family), the egg foo young, and the Kung Pao Chicken. We love exploring other items on the menu to see which ones we might like. Today, we tried Szechuan chicken. It was spicy, but didn't have a whole lot of flavor. In the past, we've ordered bourbon chicken, pad Thai, and chicken with broccoli. These dishes were very good, as well. They have great lunch and dinner specials and, if you order carry-out, they offer coupons for additional free items based on how much you spend. In today's economy, that's a value-add that I can appreciate.“
