Duke's Tavern Bar • $
1700 Furnace Dr, Glen Burnie

“First time here and boy was I missing out. I ordered my drinks from a bartender name "Jen"- who ultimately was one of the coolest people I've met in Maryland. She ended up settling a bet for me against my wife- she thought Cal Ripken Jr. never won the World Series- We all know he did in 83- ended winning the bet of $100 and ended up giving it to Jen. Go here if you want good times and great people. Love it!!“

“Okay so everyone who knows me know that I never talk about a bar. But this one bar called Henny Mack's improved a whole lot when they hired this young lady. This bartender knows her stuff and very professional. I had the chance to get this bartender name. Ashley Nicole. She is the best bartender there and they did a great job hiring her. The drinks are on point and she is amazing. So far I only come there when she is working on Saturday. Between 12pm to 6pm. Now I will tell you she is one bartender that I will tip ever day. Don't take my word for it. Go see for yourself and ask for Ashley Nicole.“

“Y'all. I don't have the self-control for this level of pizza. I ate the *entire* pizza in one sitting. My trainer is going to hurt me - absolutely worth it.Trust me. White Pie, add bacon. Outrageous!Their bacon isn't that thin, flaky, oven-baked-to-death, tasteless topping. Their bacon is so meaty and flavorful.Goodness gracious. I ate the whole thing!“

Idle Hour Bar • $
201 E Fort Ave, Baltimore - 7.64 miles

“I've walked by Idle Hour so many times and never went in, and now I wish I'd visited sooner, this place is great! I finally went by this past Wednesday (2/21) for a listening party. Right away, I was taken with the vibe of Idle Hour. They have totally pulled off dive glam in there. The whole back wall has string lights that provide an ambient glow. There is a bar that runs almost the length of the wall across from the door and several high top tables and chairs. I sat at the bar and enjoyed how attentive the owner/bartender was. He tended to us and everyone in the establishment like beloved children...well, that's what it felt like. I had a nice cider while I was there and my friend who doesn't drink went with a mocktail the bartender created on the spot. Bathroom facility was nice but be aware there is no mirror in there so trying to fluff your hair or reapply makeup is not happening. Overall, looking forward to visiting again!“

But it definitely wasn’t to loud. A total non judgement zone. All different walks of life. Great pool table also. I will be visiting this bar every time I’m in Baltimore.
