“First time experience was fabulous! Fresh good, tasty and at a great price (about 20 bucks for what's pictured). I'm full and haven't finished the meal (there's rice under that chicken). So glad this is in my neighborhood!“

“This is our third visit to El Azteca. We had a great dining experience each time. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food selection is extensive and delicious. With a reservation they easily accommodated our group of eight. Fantastic margarita selection too!“

“Cool ambiance and I guess I can see the Peruvian tie-in but it's not what I was expecting/hoping for when looking for Peruvian food. If chicken is your gig and you like whisky, hey give it a shot (ha ha). No real service to speak of, staff is cool but it's a fast-food counter so keep that in mind.“

“Unfortunately they no longer make Papa Ala Huancaina or the creamy potato side. All entrees that had them now have an optional side from their regular menu. The Pollo Ala Parilla had well was marinated in bold flavor (thin pounded grilled chicken).I love that you can get beans and rice as a single side, they are delicious. Yuca was alight. Coleslaw was also delicious and huge. They are very busy so call ahead to pick up.The yellow mayo sauce is very salty so a little goes a long way, while the green is also strong and spicy compared to for Americans. Personally this makes them better!Try the Thai burrito next.“

“Great neighborhood place. Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious! We had the traditional guacamole, maduros, birria, al pastor, and shrimp with chorizo tacos on corn tortillas. Fantastic. Definitely get the habanero salsa if you like a kick. The sangria was fruity but not super sweet. Well done.“
