Pretzel are really good . And it was always a long line and slow !!! The customer service are good but need to speed up or add more employees to speed up not just one cashier but two or three to help reduce the long line

It's a basic Auntie Anne's. The last time I went here they still only accepted cash which bothers me because everything else in the mall takes cards at this point. Regardless, the pretzels are amazing, savory or sweet, and the drinks are delicious. When I'm out with friends and we have cash, we love to stop here and get pretzels and sit on or near the fountain to hang out. I personally prefer the cinnamon pretzels.
