They're absolutely the worst. My wife and I went in here to get ice cream and there were 3 girls standing behind the counter near the drive thru they were talking and laughing amongst each other. I came to order ice cream and it was big order so I need to make the order one by one because each ice cream has its own requirement of toppings but they refused to to do it, they told that I have to tell all my order verbally and pay for it before they start prepare my order, so I tried to do it like what they ask but they can’t do it correctly. I repeat my order twice but doesn’t work and the don’t want to serve me

To start it off, I could not hear the lady over her headset, and she kept yelling. When I finally got up to get the ice cream we had ordered, they were very confused about the order, which was fine.
