It's really sad that I had to wait in line for 20 minutes for 2 whopper meals. This restaurant used to be so fast in the drive-thru but something is seriously wrong. They used to get cars in and out very quickly. Maybe corporate should take a good hard look and visit the store and make some changes.

They would say one thing then disappears to who knows where would be waiting in the drive through when there is nobody else in line, overall you will be waiting for a long time sat in the line for like 15 minutes service is

Drive thru on a Saturday extremely SLOW! Literally ordered ten min prior online and when we arrived there was only two cars there. We waited about 15 min or longer in the drivethru, younger girl works there was nice but sounded sick when she spoke. Will not return.

terrible service. came here for the first time and had to wait 25+ minutes to get our order then mine and my daughters sandwich's weren't including all the ingredients that come on them even though they had the bacon for my husbands sandwich but didn't put the bacon or cheese on ours. my daughters tomato's from her sandwich looked like they had mold on them and when told their employee stated maybe it was from the slicer and that she couldn't even look at it to check because they were too busy. so instead of checking on a possible mold situation they decided to continue to serve the same tomatos from the same slicer to other customers. if your in the area do not ever go here.

When i came into the store, i wasn’t greeted… and second, there were only 2 people in front of me. Thought it’ll be faster inside but nope..I ordered a medium Whopper meal with a fresh patty and fresh fries. The girl who took my order was alright BUT she did not relay the message to the kitchen girl at all. I used to work for BK a few years ago so i know what’s supposed to happen. After a few mins, i finally got my food. When i reached into the bag, the fries were lukewarm, NOT EVEN FRESH!!! Had to ask for fresh fries afterwards. And i asked if they had the apple pie because i was wanting one… they only have Hershey pie. That’s disappointing!! When i got my drink, i wanted root beer but it’s not working so i had to grab something else….

No BK 4 me
Last night I stopped on my motorcycle because it was a torrential downpour. Not only would they NOT let me in, saying "sorry we're closed" and let me stand outside the door for 20 minutes getting soaked to my core and freezing at this point, they actually called the police asking me to vacate the premises. What kind of neighborly service is this?? They could have let me stand just inside the door, they were doing nothing but mopping floors. So therefore i will never purchase another Burger King product for the rest of my life. FU!

Bathrooms were pretty much out of order, only one door able to be used for entrance, drink area dirty, air conditioning almost nonexistent in 90 degree weather. This isn't the first time this has occurred either.
I just came through the drive. Been anxious to try the new Texas whopper and it didn't disappoint!! Also i would like to commend the young man working the drive through. He was very polite, courteous and accurate with my order. Also, another young man deliver the food to the window who was also very polite and reconfirmed order. I am sorry I didn't get their names. Keep doing what you're doing with your training because this was a pleasant surprise to have young people be so polite.Thank you

We pulled up to the drive through with 5-6 cars in front of us. Sat there for 5 minutes or so and figured it would be faster to go inside. After 15 minutes inside we left because not a single customer was helped. It appeared only a few people were working. We left without ordering. I won't be back.
