Bad. Stopped to grab 10 piece nugget meal medium. Ordered on kiosk. Did not give me receipt. Went to counter stood there a good 8 minutes. Two others came in ordered and got food. I’m still standing there was not acknowledged. So I left. Tried to. File complaint and says can’t find store. Went to my checking and went back typed I feel stir number nope. So guess they needed extra pay. Cause won’t let me file feed back. Tried calling on hold 25 minutes. Ridiculous to pay for something not gotten. Had to leave for dr appointment.

Coke machine is broken but they give you gross coke anyway about half the time. Also not all the employees speak English well enough to take your order

Terrible service, no sense of urgency, filthy establishment, false hours of op. Came in at 8 am when it states online they open at 5, waited in drive thru for 20 minutes to be told they had no food and could not serve me.

if your going to close your lobby an hour an a half before you close on a friday… maybe put a sign on the door or yk change your hours on google. literally the 3rd time this has happened lmao… if your closing staff is just lazy… fix it lmao… it’s ridiculous

This establishment is in such a prime area to get a lot of business. But they they can not perform when it comes down to it. If you go through drive-through, wait time very between 5-15 minutes while dealing with rude employees. If you take your business inside, you will hear a lot of cussing and carrying on from the kitchen area. You are better off going directly to the self-serve kiosk because you will always stand at the register and wait until they make time for you, which may exceed 10 minutes. All in all, this is on my tip 3 no go for McDonald's in the area. Again, it is a shame that a fast food place that should constantly be busy due to location has the worst customer service.

Really bad service!!! Went here today on Easter asked for cook to order nuggets and fries, they gave me soggy fries and burnt nuggets!! Went back to get it fixed and they gave me attitude and gave me soggy raw nuggets and again the same soggy fries. All of them working there were disrespectful and rude. Don’t go here plenty of other McDonald’s around. This happened march 31, 2024 at 5:30pm

This is possibly the worst McDonald’s in the entire country. Ghetto staff who do not care whatsoever about the customers waiting. Like 6 kiosks and only 1 maybe 2 ever open, nobody is ever at the register and the other staff will walk right by without even looking at you, when you finally get someone to take your order they act like you’re asking them to go raise the cow, feed and take care of it for years to come and butcher it themselves to get you your 2 McDoubles. And it’s always new people, which makes me wonder what the requirements are for getting a job there. I live right near the place and I love chicky nugs so I’m not gonna stop going, but damn does this location ever suck. Consistently. Food is banging tho idk.

This McDonald’s ownership needs a wake up call there should no reason why you would have to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru for food. They aren’t even busy but because it looks like they are understaffed and the staff they currently have are not good at there job. The owners of this McDonald’s need to see this get better workers at this location.

If I could give negative stars I would. Not a single employee was paying attention to front of house, cashier or any. I had to say anyone paying attention and then it escalated. Employees did not know what a medium coffee half high test, reg coffee, and half decaf. I left without getting anything.
