Customer service was not impressive. I told the cashier that the meal was for dining in. Other guests and myself received their orders in a bag, not on a tray. The place wasn’t even busy. The fries were upside-down in the bag. Just laziness. No condiments are out in the dining room (e.g. ketchup, salt pepper.). 1) Customer service is terrible! On several diffrent occasions, I've waited at the counter - for a prolonged period of time - without any form of recognition while they worked to satisfy drive-thru orders. They look at you and completely ignore your presence. A simple, "Welcome to BK, I'll be with you shortly", would suffice. I love Burger King. But not this location. Food was bad because of bad oil. All french fries and chicken nuggets were not fresh. Looks old (Soft, Dark) and oily. Also, smells bad. I had a stomach ache after eating all night.
