I love Burger King. But not this location. Food was bad because of bad oil. All french fries and chicken nuggets were not fresh. Looks old (Soft, Dark) and oily. Also, smells bad. I had a stomach ache after eating all night.

Customer service was not impressive. I told the cashier that the meal was for dining in. Other guests and myself received their orders in a bag, not on a tray. The place wasn’t even busy. The fries were upside-down in the bag. Just laziness. No condiments are out in the dining room (e.g. ketchup, salt pepper.). There was a bucket and mop just sitting in the hallway by the bathrooms blocking. Unsanitary and a lawsuit waiting to happen. Trust me employees, I know it’s BK, but take some happiness in your job and towards your customers. I see no responses to other reviews, so it’s pretty obvious the franchise owner doesn’t care either. Sad times.

1) Customer service is terrible! On several diffrent occasions, I've waited at the counter - for a prolonged period of time - without any form of recognition while they worked to satisfy drive-thru orders. They look at you and completely ignore your presence. A simple, "Welcome to BK, I'll be with you shortly", would suffice. Today this happened once again - last time for me!2) Food is hit or miss, basically a roll of the dice in terms of freshness, hot, and/or correct order.3) I'd recommend you find another BK, this particular store is a complete and utterly let down! [Simply my opinion].

The phrase putting lipstick on a pig comes to mind for this place. They upgraded the outside but the staff mentality is the same. I hadn't been in here for 6 months to a year because things were going downhill. And the downward slide continues. Walked in and there were 3 employees standing around. I should have taken that as a clue and walked out. Lots of "n" words and f bombs being thrown around. A couple absolutely reaked of weed. It's pretty clear nobody really cares about this place. Pamphlets from a haunted corn maze that closed at the beginning of November were still out (its december). People who order drive through are brought their food outside, probably to avoid bad times on the timer. Inside isn't any better. It took us 20 minutes for the food to be ready. There was only 1 other order. Again, workers standing around looking bored. Some things apparently aren't available- applesauce for the kids meal. Yet it's still listed on the menu. We notice they gave us 2 bbq sauces by default. My son decides he wants a different sauce. After our long wait they have the audacity to ask for 35 cents. Seriously!? I'm not expecting them to give me 100 sauces for a 6 piece nugget, but 1 or 2 seems reasonable. This place could learn a lot from chick Fila a where they actually make you feel welcome instead of a burden. As we were leaving the one person who was cooking was taking out the trash. He was wearing a pair of food vendor gloves. I hope he grabbed a new pair before handling food again. Yuck! After the experience today there's no way I'll go back.

Ordered small fries with No Salt and Nuggets. Both were almost cold and the nuggets tasted like they were made last week. If I wanted Cold Food I would have gone to McDonald's.

They are by far the most incompetent people in MD. I strongly believe they are unable to read and comprehend English. I ordered a double impossible burge from this restaurant TWICE via Uber Eats and BOTH times they got my order wrong. A bunch of dumb phucks. I do not recommend this particular location.
