Came for a pickup, and they were ready for me! The moment I walked through the door, maybe I was the only one pending, but they were on it, confirming my name, handing me my order, and getting me on my way. I may have only spent 10 seconds in there. Literally, the fastest service ever with a smile!

Worst Papa Johns I've ever been to. Never gets an order completely right. I ordered delivery, and it took nearly 2 hours to get our food. One pizza was wrong. I called to complain, and they told me that they were busy and would essentially get to me. I drove to the store (which negates the point of delivery). The pizza was supposed to be pepperoni, but it was half pepperoni for some reason. Instead of making a new pizza, they put new pepperoni on the other half and ran it through the oven again. So they gave me back a pizza with half-burnt pepperoni. Never order from this location! The good quality is awful. The employees don't seem to care. The managers definitely don't. Complete toxic environment and horrible experience everytime.

Pizza was fabulous. Crust stuffed cheese pizza. Ingredients tarted fresh and flavorful. 0Service was friendly and fast. Very clean. Management was friendly and helping staff. IDefinitely would recommend .

I am here in the area on a business trip and I love pizza. I usually go to a mom and pop local shop when I am out but tonight I opted for a place that has an app I can use on my phone. I am not normally a Papa Johns person but tonight I was feeling it and I stepped up to make the order on my phone. There were many coupons to choose from and so I settled on an XL single topping pizza and some cheezy breadsticks.I am glad I ordere here tonight. The app said my order would be ready in 30 to 40 minuts but I left anyways for the 10 minute drive. To my astonishment, it was ready in a total of 15 minuts from placing the order to pulling in. That is excellent service right there. The front area is spacious, clean and bustling. I was greeted right away and without hesitation, I had my order.The pizza was on par with Papa's which is a good thing. It was cooked perfectly and I received exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend the cheezy breadsticks. They are covered in cheese unlike some of the other places where it is a sprinkling of cheese.Great choice on my part, great food, service and experience on their part.
Worst service ever. Waited over an hour for delivery. Missing part of our order. Took 20 min to get someone on phone. Supposed to be re-delivered within 30 min. It’s now been 1.5 hours since I called. No pizza. Been on hold for 20 minutes. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

Anytime an employee finishes eating while working, and feels it's perfectly okay to lick his fingers thoroughly, then handle multiple pizza boxes and bags to find my order, clearly needs training and shouldn't be working at a restaurant. He sorted through 5-10 customer orders! Gross!

I ordered 5 pizzas for a Super Bowl party. I tried placing the order in the morning and set delivery time for the evening hoping that everything goes smoothly.We got the pizzas on time, but the driver said "it was a bumpy ride". Next thing I know I open the first pizza after the driver left and it's completely crushed.If you really have to have Papa John's, try a different location.
