I enjoy the food for the most part but I order ahead specifically because I only have a 30min break but work 5mins away every time I order ahead it’s usually 30mins to an hr before I start my break. I go to pick up my food hoping it’s either ready or finishing up only to see that it hasn’t been started yet. I end up wasting 15mins of my break eating for food I ordered ahead for. Then to make matters worse I ask for no tomatoes or lettuce on my burgers and find that is exactly what’s on it so I wast another 5 mins plucking it off.Trait shouldn’t have an order ahead/online option if the food isn’t going to be ready nor is it what you specified.

The Chinese food in this palace is horrible. They made the food so sour I couldn't even eat it. Charley's is okay but don't get Chinese food here. There r much better options.

That's for a second time i encounter akansha. Hopefully thats really her name. I'll tell you what, She needs proper training on how to respectfully take an order and add it in system without rushing a customer as though am slow, or dont know what i want. Very rude both time. The Store was Almost close no one behind me but rushing to get me out there. Asked for meat well done, she didnt add it in menu.

They stole my money. I thought I ordered delivery but when I realize it was for take which was immediately but you cant cancel nor the phone dont work I will never order from them again I'm handicapped I couldn't go pick him up

I really want to like this place. The cheesesteaks are great. The fries are great. Delivery, when it arrived, was quick. However, after two orders in a row with incorrect sandwiches and missing items, and then tonight, an order which was placed and then cancelled with an instruction to call the store for more information, I can no longer recommend this location. The store has hung up on me four times in a row. Really disappointing.
