First time to Charley's. Came because I wanted to try their famous Cheesesteak, but against my better judgement I went for their promoted New Kentucky Bourbon sub. I really think I should have stuck to the traditional. It's a knife and fork kind of a messy sandwich, the problem is with its heavy handed treatment . I came here today and the service and the people working here are very slow they tell us we have to wait two minutes but it’s more than 2 hours the girls working here are slow and they laugh when we want the money back cause we don’t want the food no more.
