If I could give a Negative star, I would! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! With the store and "customer service rep". Placed an order for a delivery and at the end, when I got my confirmation, stated my order world be for pick up. I called the store in an attempt to rectify the issue and was told they don't deliver. Online Cinnabon says they close @9. I get to the mall at 7:54 the mall is closing and Cinnabon is already closed . I drove 15 minutes it this location and I am upset! I say all of this to say... CALL BEFORE GOING !
