I had the pleasure of having Syeria as my server, she was pleasant, knowledgeable of the menu and attentive. The general manager Ken was also very attentive! He was just passing by and over heard me saying I needed something to my family and he returned with it. I enjoyed my experience and my pretzel showed it !

I was first introduced to Miller Ale House after living in Orlando for a bit in college. Love the chain as a whole, but will not be returning to this establishment. Went to celebrate my husband's birthday. We both ordered Zinger Mountain Melts. Unfortunately after finishing half of our meals, my husband found ceramic (likely from a chipped plate) in his food. I asked to speak with a manager and expressed that neither of us felt confident in finishing our meals. Unfortunately, the manager would only comp us for one meal. When I asked to be comped for both entrees he refused. He assured me that what happened was one in a million. Terrible service regarding that issue. Finding parts of a broken plate in your food is not a pleasant way to celebrate a birthday.

This was my second visit to this Miller's Alehouse. The first time, I was told of a 30 minute wait when the restaurant was practically empty. We ended up leaving, so I wanted to give it another shot. I went with my girlfriend to get drink and an appetizer. We decided if it was good, we would stay for a meal. Out of the gate, I will say that the bartender is very friendly, and the rest of the waitstaff seems friendly. She did seem a bit overwhelmed, so I'm not sure if there is some sort of staffing issue or not.We ordered 12 Jamaican Jerk wings, and what we got was about two full size wings, with the rest being oddly small. The flavor of the Jamaican jerk sauce was unlike any Jerk seasoning I've tasted. Not everyone can pull off Jamaican jerk, but I was perplexed by the wing sizes. Needless to say, we did not stay for dinner. I added a star for how nice the staff is, but the kitchen definitely needs to source their food from better suppliers. I can scarcely remember a time I was disappointed by something as easy to prepare as chicken wings.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The bartender was absolutely terrible last night n had a very nasty attitude. I say this all the time “ if u gon be irritated by your customers, the ones that’s paying your bills, you shouldn’t have applied for the job “. I mean she had the nastiest attitude I’ve seen in a while n had the nerve to get upset when nobody in the party tipped her…..fix that attitude or the company will definitely go down the drain ?❤️

Drinks were weak, server told us if we pick any type of flavor drink it would taste like straight juice because it's really no liquor in it even though the menu states it is...since they changed rules recently. She told us after the fact. So we ordered extra shots which was an inconvenience to have a decent drink. The drinks were pretty though lol if that counts for something.For my app... the marinara had a very weird after taste. I even had my guest taste it to see if I was wrong.The pasta bake shrimps look like they were undercooked & sauce in the dish was watery so I sent it back.Then I got a Philly cheesesteak with bacon. The bacon had all this fat on it & the cheesesteak was bland salt & pepper couldn't even help it.I had high hopes but i guess other locations are better.
