Order takeout bogo wings which were okay, onion rings which contained a donut in the box, and chocolate cake that comes with ice cream and sauce. I had to argue with the person telling him that it came with it. He insisted that it didn't. I had to show him the menu so he could see. Not sure what's going on with this place but it used to be really good. I will not get food from this location again. My past two experience have been the same with takeout. I wish I could get my money back that was wasted.

I get food from this location 2-3 times a month. Today , I waited 50 minutes to pick 10 pcs of wings. There was a very young girl at reception who handed me the food and walked right back in. I checked my order and I had only 5 pcs of wings. I could see she was talking to the cook inside through the door and waited another 15 minutes. I knocked the door few times and the she comes out and I told her order is incomplete . She just walked back in, picked another box of wings , puts that in my bag and throws the order on the counter and walked right back in through that door to the kitchen without saying a word. I asked other employee to have me talked to the manager. I think the same cook/person that she was talking earlier comes to through the same door . I explained what happened and he offers me a gift certificate or free meal next time. I said I don’t need free food but the way she or this restaurant Handel if people is totally wrong. He apologized. As I was walking out , I could hear that girl and him laughing out loud making fun of my scenarios and taking the the whole thing as a joke . I am 100% sure he was not the manager . May be cook and acted as manager in front of me. What a shame ! I waited 50 min for 10 pcs of wings , I was given only 5 pcs, I complaint , the. I got the remaining wings, the wings was thrown at me, I complained, I was made fun of …..if that how this place wants to serve its customer , it is 100 % wrong . I wish if there was a way that I could talk to the owner . They deserved to know what’s happening at the base level ! It’s a shame and sad that people forgot how to deal with people.

I have never been so disappointed at a restaurant until eating here. Everything was overly salty , service took FOREVER not to mention paying over the top amount for bare minimum. Thanks Buffalo Wild Wings for the awful experience. ?

So we were in the Buffalo Wild Wings sitting at the table waiting for over an hour. It was a party of seven we ordered seven drinks two drinks came and we never got the other five drinks. It wasn’t a big crowd in there at that the mozzarella sticks that were ordered were half raw and then after the server had us sitting there for an hour without our drinks that we ordered he had the nerve to ask if we still wanted a Ginger ale when we were packing our party up to go eat elsewhere please don’t go to this, Buffalo Wild Wings, you’ll die before you food comes this is absolutely positively ridiculous. I understand that it was our servers first day but they should’ve had someone partnered with him because it took him about 10 to 15 minutes to put the order in on the register. It’s probably why we never got her food or drinks. He probably never even was able to put it in just sad, sad, sad. This Buffalo Wild Wings deserves a -3.6!!!!!!!!! Almost forgot the person that was bringing out food who I believe was the manager on duty a larger African-American man was scratching his face and rubbing all on his face, digging in his head and going on, and had a nerve to be delivering food. Now I’m trying to find another restaurant at 11:30 PM at night and I’m parched I couldn’t even get some water.

Worst service again. Waited 20 mins for a beer, 2nd order just as bad. Floor was gross with trash and food. Waiter never cleared table. Honestly if he was new, it could be overlooked but asking 3 times for your drink is

Food was cold. Bw3 has really gone downhill from a few years ago. They have also stopped carrying Buzztime trivia playmakers and Buzztime trivia service. If you want to play trivia now there, you have to play their somewhat lame trivia service that has replaced Buzztime trivia on your personal phone. Buzztime playmakers were one of the big reasons why I ate at BW3; that and hot food and engaged wait staff. Now there isn’t even hardly wait staff. A bartender waits on the entire front room, not to mention the bar itself as well. Service, order speed ,and food temperature suffer.BW3 seems to be heading closer towards the crapper every time we visit them. Very disappointing indeed!

This place is disgusting, they have managers and servers eating people food before they serve it to them, drinking alcohol, smoking and playing around daily throughout their shifts. If it wasn’t true they wouldn’t of deleted the first review i made lmfao how you train people on being servsafe alcohol but have MANAGERS AND SERVERS DRINKING ON THE JOB. I don’t recommend anyone to eat here or even work here!

Awful. We got there at 9:30 and watched tables that got sat after us get food before us. Didn’t get food until 11:15 and I think we only got the food because someone in our party asked and they realized they didn’t put our food in ..because about 20 minutes after they asked food magically appeared.
