I regularly order Ledo's from other locations, so I can confidently say this location has had spotty, typically worse quality in my experience. Tried this store twice previously (within the past few years) with bad results - one time the pizza was cooked on one side but not equally on the other half. Today I decided to give them a try again after a year or so and waited an extra 9 min beyond the stated completion time, when there was nobody else in line. 39 minutes from opening for a pizza order (placed online hours before) to be completed. That has never happened in my experience at other, much more busy Ledo's locations (Mt. Airy, Prospect Blvd).

I think this location has had ups and downs since it opened, but I think things are doing well. Just shared some very delicious and generously sized calzones and they were very good. The crust was fresh and flavorful, classic ledos crisp. The toppings/fillings tasted fresh, the mushrooms and chicken was savory and rich; the buffalo sauce actually has a bit of burn.Probably one of the better places you could visit in Urbana when it comes to food quality.

I love Ledo's pizza! The gentleman that I would imagine to be the owner took my order, was extremely pleasant and efficient. Christie, one of the servers, always speaks to me and remembers things like where my husband and I work and other things we have discussed which makes me really feel welcome there.Best of all, the pizza ? is hot and fresh and delicious and I will keep going there as long as I can hobble out of bed in the morning!

As an original Ledo's lover for many years growing up I have to say...This Ledo's should at the very least talk with the folks running the one on 26. They are producing a pizza very similar to the original. With the exception of doneness. If you want a perfect Ledo experience close to original, than ask for your pizza well done. For whatever reason the ovens in these chains does not cook the pizza close to the original doneness, like it used to be in Riverdale MD. However this particular Ledo's in Urbana md is lacking a lot in it's pizza. As stated please see what the one on 26 is doing. The staff here in Urbana, has always been nice. Nothing to complain about with that. My order yesterday was incorrect with the exception of bacon on it lol. But who doesn't love bacon. Just see how 26 is doing there's and make it well done. Perfect Ledo's and as close to the original you could get. And if you really want to get authentic, use plain white pizza boxes like they used to. Best advice I could give you. I believe if you made these changes. Your Ledo's would be top notch.
Not all Ledo's are the same. Some are nice, some are ok, some are a little hood. This one was A .. Ok. While in Frederick which seems like another planet, not many good options where I was ok. I looked in my Google map and saw there was a LEDO about 7 minutes away. The reviews look scary. I was hungry. Prayed, cuz I wanted pizza to hold me down, till I could make it home. I ordered online and said it would be ready in a few minutes. Got there at said time. Cashier and a manager , both greeted me. Place was clean. The bathroom was clean. Took my cheese pizza and it was perfect-o. Hot, sliced, and ready for me to devour. Most Ledo pizza, doesn't cut my pizza throughly. Maybe they use a cheap slicer with a dull blade.. or they just dgaf or dc. Here I can take a slice without ruining other slices, and my cheese doesn't slice off. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area.

WORST cheesesteak I’ve ever had, doesn’t even deserve a star. Usually with cheesesteaks there is cheese and steak but apparently they don’t believe using cheese. Don’t waste your time or money and RUN away from this terrible place.

Extremely slow service. Food is not as good as other Ledos Pizza locations. Cheese sauce with the pretzel was served ice cold. Crust on the pizza was too thick. Fries were overcooked. Server was nice, but totally slammed because she was the only one on the floor.

Came in for a quick slice of pizza for lunch. Ended up with a small pie. No problem at all with that. The pizza was thin crust and mostly yummy. The service was very efficient - just what we wanted - even if it was a bit curt in delivery. All in all a good lunch experience. Yea!
