I placed an order through the App for pickup through the drive-thru. Upon arrival, they weren't aware of my order. This was fine, however, when I received my food, they put the cold Hersey pie in the same bag as the hot food. Then when I asked them for a spoon, as it wasn't provided, the person taking my order slowly walked to get it and then held it out to me just inside the order window without looking at me or speaking to me.If this individual doesn't want to work in the service...read full review
