I have never had a bad experience at this location. The ice cream is amazing and the staff is always polite and prompt. I know it can get a little hectic with the crowds but they do a amazing job making sure everyone is served properly and is giving a happy experience. ?
I adore Cold Stones ice cream, especially "Chocolate Devotion"! Yummy for us Chocolate lovers. I have seen some of the reviews about Customer Service but they are always nice, especially Alex!

I haven't been to a Cold Stone Creamery that I haven't liked. The ice cream cakes are delicious, the cookie ice cream sandwiches are my favorite. The fully edible cupcakes are great. The least favorite is the peanut butter Reese's cupcakes. They make me too thirsty and have too much peanut butter for my liking. This is the first CSC that I've been to with other options.
