Crazy how the toppings is not self serve lol . Never been to a fro-yo place that’s not totally self served my whole life. We are all adults here, the cashiers shouldn’t be serving your ice cream, we should be given the option to do it ourself . My one and only suggestion , take it into consideration
I see that everyone complains about the pricing , in all honesty does no one notice the inflation? Of course every business increases their prices. Or just because " it's ice cream " it should be cheap? ask about the pricing before hand if that's the case. The dine-in I really don't care it's a frozen yogurt shop , I don't think it's that hard to find somewhere to eat it. I usually just sit outside for a bit or stay in my car & enjoy it. I really like this particular SweetFrog location in Maryland more than the others. They have a great selection of yummy toppings, and I've never been let down. The place is also very clean, and all the frozen yogurt flavors are available. On 2-21, the customer service was exceptional. The cashier was super friendly and helpful.
