Guy at drive through didn’t ring my order accurately. I asked for six pieces chicken nuggets and I had 4 pieces in my bag and charged me for 6 pieces. I asked for chicken deluxe but they had me regular one. When I tried to make sure if my order was ringed up correctly, guy who was taking my order behaved strangely, I would say they behaved rudely. They didn’t greet us properly and they are always this way since I shop at this store. I would never come here anymore because I don’t wanna spend my money for a bad restaurant where no proper respect is served for their customers. On top of that my food was cold.

I ordered the buy one get one free breakfast sandwich from the kiosk. Dined in. Got the breakfast McChicken biscuit. While eating it I gaged on a sharp piece of bone. I immediately spit it out. Looked and touched it and it was a very sharp piece of bone. Took it right up to the lady and told her and she threw it in the trash. Did not even offer me a refund. I told her that's not the way to handle it. I asked for it back and wanted to fill out a form about it. She gave me a piece of paper . They are trained in the beginning about filing incident reports. I asked for the manager sat back down write on that paper what happened. The manager never came to the table. I called the customer service number filed the issue. Left my contact info on that piece of paper. The manager called me apologize and said they handled it wrong and he escalated it to the insurance claim. It's been months . No one contacted me. I even called back the customer service number and she said we have your notes. The store was notified we can't do anything give you no confirmation number because once it goes to insurance they contact you. No one ever contacted me. So sad. A kid could have got this and chocked and died. Other chicken from this batch could have contained bones no recall. This is so sad. Never at any other McDonald's have I ever experienced anything like this . Had moments but overall complete satisfying experience from All other locations of you catch my drift.

It's interest that Yelp has this location listed as it closes at 1am, but the sign on the Store states open 24 hours. I was in line before 1am with 2 cars before me that was served. When I got to the window, because no one came on the speaker, I was just waved at. Absolutely no signage saying they were closed. Poor service and communication! Then to top it off there was a young man behind the board that I never saw begging for money! That startled me, then I get to the window and was waved off. WTH kind of service was this? And secure your space! Never again for me!

this is one of the worst mcdonald's in the laurel area. always missing something. always stingy with fries and food, service sucks, there's some perv that asks for money and stares at you while you're ordering. do not go here if you have a choice go somewhere else
