“After a flight from Mexico, we needed some desi food, and this place was Amazing. Very close to the airport, and offers variety of food! The owner Babul is from Bangladesh and offered us many different food, we felt like home! The taste is delicious i have to say. Parking was available, and free tea For EVERYONE! Nothing can beat that experience after a long journey with another long drive ahead.Made our day, thank you Babul vai and Kabob and Curry, will be back.“
“Oh my! A new local favorite added to our list. Having been to Mumbai, John declares it AUTHENTIC! The spices, the heat, the flavors were all perfect! A must try if your craving real Indian food. The service was fast and friendly too. Definitely going back when we want good biryani, samosas, tandoori and naan.“
“Wow, amazinggg Indian food! Garlic naan, lamb korma, mango lycee, chicken tikka massala, samosa, samosa Chatt, and tandoori chicken were great! We found Kabaab Guys on google maps and had a wonderful hospitable experience with Pran, the cashier with helping us with our order. We came back twice in one weekend for this amazing food. Encourage groups to get multiple entrees and share. Thanks Pran & the chefs at Kabaab Guys for the best Indian food we've ever had!“
“Literally the best Naan I've ever had in my life. And it's literally just garlic Naan but it's done so well and when you can do the simple things you KNOW the rest is going to be phenomenal. Chicken Korma was no exception. Delicious. Mango Lassi was super refreshing and tasted homemade too!The employees here are so freaking nice too!!Definitely come here if you want a chill Indian spot if you're not a local and wanna people watch with great food. (They also had a full bar and all the drinks I saw made looked really good, but I didn't have any)“
“I had the curry lamb bowl lunch special ,the garlic naan and the gulab jamun all of it was exceptional, lamb tender and delicious,I really enjoyed eating every single bit of this food, this is now my favorite Indian cuisine spot. Those gulab jamun I could eat a whole tray of those ,wow ,I’m definitely impressed by the flavors, everything was fantastic .“
“We went to Indigma this evening for restaurant week. The food was fantastic and my nine-year-old loved everything! She gave it a 1523/10 rating! Though everything was excellent, the creme brulee was the best I've ever had. Thank you for a fantastic meal!“
“Went on a Saturday for the lunch buffet. Every dish was AWESOME! Great selection of food, naan for the table, and the chai was delicious. We could only eat 2 plates before we were all stuffed! This is a "hidden" gem that should have a line out the door 24/7. Can't wait to go back!“
“Absolutely AMAZING dinner experience!!!! We enjoyed the food so much and the drinks and desserts are superb (: The service was very amicable and quick!! We had so many different meals and on average as a group of five spent about $25 each. I love the Rose Falooda and the Desi Chai was so fresh and warm. Definitely come eat here, the restaurant is new and deserves to treat many more customers!!!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly for sure, there is a kids menu!Wheelchair accessibility: Wide aisles, can easily pull up to a table“
“Darbar is just around the corner from me and is one of my go-tos for takeout/Indian food. The food is always good and is very reasonably priced. I tend to gravitate toward the paneer tikka masala with garlic naan and it always such a comforting food. This past week I went with a friend to try their weekend buffet special. The cost per person is $18.50 which is reasonable, but I was kind of let down by the buffet. I did enjoy the fact that I was able to try a ton of different items that I am usually not adventurous to try, but overall the food was just alright. I truly judge places on their butter chicken, and I have to say the buffet version that they had was subpar. Additionally, most of the food was barely lukewarm (likely due to not having covers and instead having an open salad bar type of deal) which is a big deal for me because of safety (food should be held over 140F) and that in general I usually like my food to not be piping hot and this still was too cold for me. Overall, I think as a sit down restaurant that Darbar is great, but the buffet is definitely not worth it.“
“We recently discovered Sweet 27, had driven by many times but never stopped. We were getting tired of our same favorite spots and decided to try something new. They did not disappoint! Family owned, which we love supporting. Food was very good and different things on the menu that I had not seen on other Indian restaurant menus. Vegan bakery is excellent! Highly recommend trying! One of the owners helped us so kind and warm.“
“I was in the area to pick up and this spot popped up and thought it would be a good one to try for appetizers. Cozy interior with some outside seating. I was asked if I had a reservation when I walked in-I didn't and asked if I was out of luck. They did have some open tables but I was picking up. Quite around 5:30. Based on the friendly staff's recommendation, ordered Tikki Chaat, Mixed Veggie Pakodas and Trini Doubles. All 3 were Vegan and delicious with complex spices/flavors- the Pakodas are also Gluten free. If I had to choose a favorite it would be the Chaat-Potato Patties dipped in curried chutney with just the right amount of spicy. Service was exceptional with a high level of patience for answering my questions and providing recommendations. Picked up a bit by 6. Will be back for dinner. If in Hampden, make this stop!“
“Our takeout was absolutely delicious. The samosa order has four in the order and comes with nice sauces. The Malai kofta and vegetable korma were nicely spiced and generously portioned. We asked for mildly spicy and they did a good job spicing it. We'll probably order it spicy next time. Yay!“
“Been here twice, once was years ago pre-pandemic and it was fabulous. We said we should come back here more often but never did… then the pandemic messed everything up and we went travel nursing. Now we’re back in town again… AND ITS STILL AMAZING. I got a jalfrezi, and hubby got tikka masala. The medium felt like a true medium, not whitewashed. Service was lovely. We were one of two couples who dined in, but looks like they have a busy takeout business. So glad they didn’t disappear in the pandemic like so many other places! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!“
“I just ordered food through Uber. I have food allergies and when I called them he was so great about it. It was awesome customer service. Now food OMGGGGGGGGG best Pakistani food no joke. I am picky as hell when I say their food is amazing. It was amazing. Can’t wait to try this place in person!!!! Thank you for awesome food. Perfect way to open fast!!! Chana was the best finally really Pakistani Chana dish!!! ❤️?❤️“
“I really enjoyed the food I had, starting with the vegetable samosa, and for my meal, I had the lamb shahi korma. I took an order of the butter chicken home with me. I also had the butter naan and a mango lassi with my meal. I really enjoy Indian food and this location is very convenient and close to my home. I will definitely come here again and will have their lunch buffet.“
“Listen….I was only trying to get a bite after work! I was not expecting to meet such a wonderful family with great customer service, that made me good fresh food (customized to my diet by the way). They are literally across the street from where I work and tried to comp my entire meal! Thank you but no thank you, that food was bussing! I had the Chicken Dhaba with rice and Garlic Naan bread. The food was priced nicely and good portions! The ambience was great, the son gave me a little lesson on their Punjabi culture and the wife showed me all the figurines she brought back from India and staged in the restaurant. They have only been open for 4 months but the way those door dashes were coming in there picking up, means the neighborhood knows good eats!#baltimorefoodie #baltimore #downtownbaltimore #foodinbaltimore #mountvernonbaltimore #indiancuisine #hiddengems #baltimorerestaurants #indianfood #latenighteats #instagram #explore #tourist #instagramfoodie #tiktok #tiktokindia #esthiesgottaeatDietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant and he used coconut milk as a substitute and the dish was still incredible!“
“My meal here was delicious! I shared the vegetable samosas to start, and the lamb khaara masala for our entree. Was able to taste a few other dishes that our table received, and everything was very tasty. Even the mango lassi and desserts we had were amazing. Would come back again in the future.“
“I recently went here for a weekend lunch with a friend and enjoyed the experience. We were seated immediately, our food came out in a timely manner, the prices were reasonable, the portion sizes were hearty, and my food was good. I got the lamb vindaloo lunch combo extra spicy and was not disappointed. There was a lot of lamb, good spice and flavor, plenty of rice, and delicious, butter naan. I did try my friend's dal, and that had spice but needed more flavor. The naan was so good we actually got another order for our meal. Himalayan House is a 20 minute walk or a short drive away from Fort McHenry, and I would recommend for lunch or dinner if you are in the area!“
“While this won’t stop us from ordering their delicious food again, tonight’s experience just wasn’t the same. I ordered the family package with vegetarian Biryani, which included raita, salan, plain rice, naam, and chicken curry. We got our order and it was missing the salan. I called the restaurant and got the weirdest explanation. “It’s a very small container. They make a large container and if it runs out. But it’s just a small container of peanut sauce.” I don’t care what the size of the container is, it’s advertised as a package and I expect everything in the order.“
“If you want an incredible quaint and delicious experience, try lumbinis! My friends and I love their lunch buffet. There are so many options that are packed with flavor and just the right amount of spice (or not for others!) Highly recommend!“
“Service was on point even though I was the only one here. Lamb biryani was an explosion of flavor. I ordered it spicy and they delivered. Had me tearing up, but it cleared out all of my sinuses. The chicken korma was well balanced between spice and richness, but the nutty flavor was not as prominent. Raita, mint chutney, and Tamarind chutney were all divine. Overall, it was a fantastic meal and a wonderful local spot. Would recommend for all to come and enjoy a lovely meal“
“The food here is sooooo good!!! It tastes like your mom’s cooking! The naan was homemade, and the lamb we had was superrrr tender!! And the staff are very sweet!! Also it is so cheap for the portions you get compared to other places around here. I definitely recommend the lamb qorma!!“
“My husband and I's absolute favorite restaurant by far! The food is top notch, never had something we didn't love. The staff is soooo kind, loves our baby and treats her so sweet. They always give her a mango lassi and extra rice to bring home! Here is a picture of her eating her leftovers ❤️Vegetarian options: Most of it!“
“I usually don’t eat Indian food, too spicy, but the ambassador makes the food just perfect for my taste. Special occasions when the mood is right, we go to the ambassador for that special taste of Indian cuisine. I’ve been going to the ambassador for the last 20 years. Today I drove 28 miles from home just to enjoy dinner at this great restaurant. Thank you for the good food and good service.“
“I gave atmosphere a 5, but clearly it's a food truck so... the food was VERY flavorful and good. I ordered a saag chicken, chicken masala and vegetable samosas. Oh, and Naan which was also very well done. The portion size to price was more than even.“
“Great food and one of our favorite date night spots. The meat and vegetable delight meals are always perfectly spiced and delicious (come with multiple courses). Highly recommend dining in, we always leave with easy to reheat leftovers. Parking is not hard to find. Take out also seems popular and I'm not surprised.“
“Thoroughly enjoyed the food. The Staff was very helpful when ordering. My girlfriend and I got numerous items on their menu and they were all good, just lacked a little salt but that could just be me. They give you soooo much food. Will be returning next time I'm in the area.“
“One of the better Indian restaurants in the area. While i have never sat in to dine, I have almost solely ordered takeout from them. Garlic naan absolute must, then I will flip a coin for the butter chicken or lamb rogan josh with the spice being nearing regretful but that's the fun in it. Chicken does occasionally come dry but sometimes that's what happens. Lamb is usually really tender and they give big portions of lamb. Still will order online for the future. And the spice level usually is within what i ask for.“
“One of my favorite restaurants! The Best Indian Buffet in town! I know I have been to all of them! Nepal house has a wide variety of delicious vegetarian and non-veg options. Their buffet includes dessert and chai tea. The staff is very kind.“
“By far the best food and service in Baltimore! I always come in for the lunch buffet and the food is DELICIOUS! A lot of options and sometimes there is this special desert that is this doughnut drizzled with honey(?) which I love, and always have it with the complimentary Nepalese milk tea. Great options for vegetarians too.“
“The indian pizza is one of the most Uniquely delicious pizza I've ever had! They made fresh papusas made to order for me. The owner/ staff were so nice and stayed open until we pick up our food. I highly recommend the indian lamb pizza. Superb??“
“We got tired of ordering from the same place one night so I decided to try this place and did not regret it. The food was excellent! Most delivery is greasy and sloppy. This was cooked well and even packaged neatly, we were both impressed. Definitely looking forward to exploring the menu a little more, the prices are fair and delivery was faster than expected. Thank you for your hard work!“
“I tried most of the menu including pasta, stake, and nearly all the Indian cuisines. The foods are absolutely delicious. They use pretty high quality ingredients and the staff are super well-mannered. The place is so so clean too. I’d highly recommend to visit and try yummy food with reasonable prices in a cozy atmosphere.“
“While looking at restaurant options for dinner, we were glad that we chose Honest Vegetarian. Food was absolutely delicious! We ordered naan, Panneer butter masala and veg kohlapuri. For next couple of months, we are ditching other places and going only to this restaurant! Hoping that they maintain the quality and taste! Items are decently priced! Highly recommend!“

“Chicken Tikka Masala pizza......wouldn't have thought I'd love it this much but I legit drive about 30 min when I gotta have one. The rest of the menu has been very tasty but for me? The star is that pizza, and careful with the spiciness if you're sensitive to heat “
“We went here when it first opened (must have been months ago) and the "vibe" now is totally different in the best way! Amazing Mexican food and great drinks. Can't beat $7 margaritas during happy hour. I had the birria tacos which were amazing. Even the chips and salsa they brought out to start were some of the best I've ever had. Great local spot (:“
“The restaurant can be summarized with very great meat items and underwhelming vegetarian items. The wings were probably the best wing I had in recent times. Though the chutney/sauce was average, the wing itself was something else. That's why I am giving 5 stars just for the sake of the wings despite overall mixed feelings. The kabab was also very good. Tea was also good and was in big cups. The veg items were really underwhelming though. The Samosa chat was average. Aalu tikka was flavourless. And the papri chat was not even a chat, it was just dry nimki with some onion and spice. I hope they are improvising. The lady on the front was courteous and really tried to take care of customers and was also asking for feedback. Overall I recommend this place especially for non vegetarians.“
