To me, there's nothing more Baltimore when it comes to food than a perfect fit beef sandwich on a Kaiser roll. This little place pulled it off flawlessly. Friendly service. Nice eating areas upstairs. Pit beef was perfectly cooked and stacked with onions. Will come back next time we're in the area.
Come here if you would like a juicy, thin-sliced, flavorful, smoky, rare pit beef sandwich! I ordered mine with extra meat. They gave me nearly a pound of rare pit beef on a Kaiser roll. The prices here very reasonable. The counter service is speedy. Most of the customers come here regularly, as the staff know most of the patrons names. Keep in mind this is a lunchtime establishment. Amazing spot near the airport. Had some time to kill when my son and I landed at BWI and saw this place had great reviews. So glad we stopped! The service was friendly, prices were reasonable, and food was fantastic. We ate upstairs in the porch area overlooking the road and getting some fresh fall air. We're from MN so it was the first pit beef for both of us. Best meal of our trip and it happened within 15 minutes of landing!
