Second time I’ve been to DD at Lothian and got the same rude, inconsiderate woman waiting on me at the call box. I’m thinking of never going back there. I complained once before and no one contacted me or said anything about dealing with the rude waitress.
I tipped the sweet person at the window.

DD coffee is my favorite. I got a medium cappuccino today that could have passed for a small. Too much foam, not enough coffee. Just want the staff to be aware so it doesn't happen again.
