I’ll give 3 stars instead of 5 because usually the lady who is there for lunch is on time with my food and is always friendly and greets you with a smile. But lately when she’s not there it’s 2 younger heavy set women whom I could put my order in 20 mins ahead of time and get there and have to tell them my name and as soon as they see it they start making my order right there. Basically defeating the purpose of ordering ahead of time smfh

DO NOT ORDER FOR WORK LUNCHES from this Location! Ordered Catering Bundle for 16 people and 1 unwich for gluten free employee on a Thursday for a Monday delivery at noon. Food Came at noon minus the unwich. I called at 12:10 and they said they would have it right over the forgot, it was busy. Called at 1:30 no answer, called at 3 and they said they where in the middle of shift change at they would get it over once a driver came in. No apology, no resolution just we where busy and now its shift change. I asked why wouldn't they say they where busy, I could have gone and gotten it or made other arrangements for my employee. Response "Our Bad, we weren't prepared for a big order". Well the Order was made 4 days prior. Food was great that came, but this is the second time ordering with a glitch. First time they didn't realize it was a delivery order till I called 30 minutes after delivery time. They did get it right over, but again they had 3 day notice to read DELIVERY.

Well if you live in an apartment don’t bother ordering delivery because they’ll just leave your food on the dirty ground outside your building and won’t even ring your doorbell to let you know it’s there. Completely ridiculous, it’s not that hard to ring a doorbell. You guys suck.

I placed my order at 3:00pm. I walked in the store and waited. There were 2 people in front of me or placed their order received it within 10 mins. 2 people placed orders after me & received their order 10 mins. When I got there a lady asked my name. The gentleman who bagged my order was more concerned with turn the oven off from beeping then giving me my food. I got my order at 3:25. Insane. You would’ve thought they were busy. 10/10 don’t recommend

My negative experience started the moment I walked in the door. First of all, this place smells like a dirty grease trap. The sub bread was hard, the veggies were mushy and discolored. I would have said something to a manager, but there was only 1 person in the store working and I didn't want to hold anyone else up.

Ordered food for delivery and it was an hour so I called and they said they tried to call but didn't have any missed calls . If I did get a call I would have met them where the GPS sent but not a call from them . And they were rude when I called about it .

RYAN, CHARLES and GUY were phenomenal. I accidentally came on the wrong side of town after ordering my Instacart from the wrong Aldi which happens to be in this shopping center. I was feeling a bit tired and irritated from driving 40 minutes out from where I was suppose to order groceries and ended up coming to Jimmy John’s to eat. I walked in and was greeted promptly, they took my order quickly. I overheard them discussing the new peppermint chocolate chip cookie and they highly recommended it. It was amazing! I sat in to eat and the entire time they were very friendly, professional and the store was very clean. The bathroom was clean, tables were clean and the store’s atmosphere was amazing. These guys made me feel alot better just from our conversation their service. I’ll be back guys, thank you!!!
I really like this JJs. Food is always good & the experience is fast. My only complaint is that nobody answers the phones, which is my main means of ordering ahead. I like to call while I’m on the road, but the last few times have had to pull over and use the app because nobody picks up the phones.

This is not a knock on this specific location. I'm just not a fan of the franchise, period. Food is subpar imo. Menu is limited and subs can't be toasted (that's a BIG problem for me). Sure they can throw meat and toppings on a sub roll and hand it to you. But, if I had a choice, I'd choose Subway, Potbelly, or Jersey Mike's over Jimmy John's any and everyday that my wife doesn't have influence on where we get food.
