RYAN, CHARLES and GUY were phenomenal. I accidentally came on the wrong side of town after ordering my Instacart from the wrong Aldi which happens to be in this shopping center. I was feeling a bit tired and irritated from driving 40 minutes out from where I was suppose to order groceries and ended up coming to Jimmy John’s to eat. I really like this JJs. Food is always good & the experience is fast. My only complaint is that nobody answers the phones, which is my main means of ordering ahead. I like to call while I’m on the road, but the last few times have had to pull over and use the app because nobody picks up the phones.

I was very please with my experience, they were very understaffed on this particular day but I was taken care of with exceptional and pleasant service.Even through credit card reader issues and bombardment during the lunch hour a Mr. Noah took care of me with efficiency and plesant customer service. I will for sure come back to this location and kudos to Mr. Noah for his great job.
